I ordered a large veggie tray for pickup at 12 pm, and it was ready on time. The employees were very pleasant and helpful.

This was my favorite Kroger location until tonight (Nov 11 10pm). About two minutes after entering the store I turned around to see a man taking my picture with his phone. I was confused and walked over to my son who said he saw it as well. The man then walked into an employee door. We told the cashier what happened and she thought it might have been security. I called the store when I got home to tell the manager how uncomfortable I was and she said security wasn't in the store that evening. I also reported it to corporate on the app. The person clearly wanted me to see them taking my picture. I won't be shopping there anymore.
They were great and very helpful even when there was a lot of people

After spending 2 million dollars on an upgrade to this store you would think they would invest in more employees like Anna and Paul who are the self checkout best employees🙌 Yet there are times you get the rudest employees after waiting 20-30 minutes in self checkout! Why? As they only have two lanes open at most every day😬 So I called Kroger corporation today to see when my W-2 would be in and they give me a 1-800 HR number to call. I call, and after giving the lady all my info, she can't find me. She asked what my employee number was and I told her I had no clue. She asked who my supervisor was and I said I wasn't sure about that either. Then she asked what department I worked in and I informed her that I'm a self checkout cashier. The lady proceeded to say "Sir 🙄 and hung up!

The worst grocery experience ever at Fairborn Kroger. Management needs to step it up. I will never shop there again. 3 cashiers on a Friday with lines down the aisles, frozen food thawed before getting through the line and new workers untrained.

Had a order pick up from 4-5, when I arrived at 4 I was told my order wasn’t ready. Came back at 430, no one even came to my car until I stopped them. Spoke to the manager at 5 they said someone was still shopping for my order! There are probably 15 cars waiting for their orders. I finally just canceled my order after waiting an hour and 15 mins. Will never come back.

We waited this evening for 20 minutes for a self checkout line. Then the store closed it. So we were forced to go to the back of another line and wait 35 more minutes. Two people were selling lottery tickets. Only two lanes open plus one self checkout. We will now drive an hour to go to Dorothy Lane Market. Plus must of the 10 things we needed we sold out ! Kroger lost two 30 year customers tonight!

Slow, understaffed and accused a woman of stealing NYQUIL because they took a picture to see which one to buy her brother!!!!
