this really rude asian girl with eyelash extensions messed up my order when specifically asked for boba and it was on the receipt. there was no boba in my drink and she took forever just to make two drinks when there were no other orders

We had the absolute worst service experience ever at this kung fu tea location! We had previously had a great blond guy who was wonderful but a couple months ago it was an Asian woman who screwed up our order extremely badly. We had paid through the app and when she couldn’t deliver what we had ordered she refused to refund our money! She was saying nasty things about us to the other workers but we could hear her. Very unprofessional and awful! Finally after 5 minutes or so of trying to deal with her nastiness someone else came from the back and after some talking convinced her to calm down and give us some refund although not all of it. Beware of this location!

When they make a wrong order, they would rather take away your drink from you even you already touched it and throw it to trash than leave it to you and make a new correct order. I'd NOT recommend this place not because of the drinks but their customers service is bad. I'll never come back to this Kungfu tea location. I'd rather drive to Cincinnati or Columbus

Subpar boba shop, customer service was just okay as a first time customer walking in, product was not what I’m used to at other boba tea shops of similar offerings I’ve been too before, the boba was still hot in my slush, which melted the slush that was supposed to be cold, overall a not so great boba tea experience. ☹️ I wanted to like this shop it’s super cute and aesthetically fun.

I've only been twice and got the Taro Milk Tea with Pudding both times. The Puddings kind of like flan meets jello, surprisingly tasty. I like that I can modify the amount of sugar and any ingredient in the app.
It was great at first but idk from when became worse and worse. Too sweet so I had to choose 50% sugar for my drinks, but the boba still super super super super sweet ? I already stopped ordering from here for months, then I decided to try again yesterday. Boba Still too sweet and hard, only can drink the tea part ?
