some of the best mexican food ive ever had. the flavors and textures of my entire meal completely blew me away. the rice is the fluffiest, pillowiest rice ive ever eaten, and the tamales and burritos are second to none. plus, you can get a LOT of food for not that much money, especially with their make-your-own-combo menu.
Honestly, I enjoyed everything except the tableside guacamole, which was done in the kitchen and not tableside. This could be because the ratio of ingredients was WAY off. Guacamole should be 90-95% avocado. This was 50% avocado 🥑 and 50% tomatoes, onions, and cilantro. I assume this was a cost saving measure. This is not a corner that should be cut to save money.
This is our favorite Mexican restaurant! We have never had to wait to be seated, the staff is always friendly, and the food is always delivered quickly. I have tried many different things on the menu and have never been disappointed.
