Joey the manager (Blue Shirt) was extremely dismissive and disrespectful to my family. I ordered 2 happy meals for my kids and after recieveing a bag (not happy meal) with no toy, I kindly said excuse me miss. Where she completely ignored the first call out. When I called out a second time she said HOLD ON IM BUSY!! OK sorry say something like I'm sorry ill be right there. Instead she made me feel like a problem. Then when I asked her if I can get whatever toy is available... she puts the toys down, not on the Togo counter but on a counter I can't go behind. And then proceeds with an employees order. Instead of attending to the guest first.... and then finally when we got home... no 40 piece nuggets... someone needs to check her.

Really out here, handing out food with big things of hair in it. Like the employee didn’t see it. Let’s try harder, and not let something like this happen again. Because a blind man can see the hair. So at this point I think the employee doesn’t care for the job, and or did it purposely.

It's a nice-looking mcdonalds but staff has been less than satisfactory for years now. Maybe the first shift isn't nearly as bad, but closers are very rude, and they always make you pull up to wait entirely too long. I needed to go in to replace fries after going through drive through and thr manager yelled when I said politely I think they might have been dipped into grease twice they tasted really awful not to mention they were hard. And I know what double-dip fries taste like. she sai, "That's a lie I never double dip the fries and was very rude. Then she said I'll get a fresh batch done and bring them out. I waited about an hour on my phone and ate the rest of my meal in the lobby waiting. Sad to say, I never even got the fries. She was rude, so I didn't want to tell her again.

Got to the drive thru speaker/kiosk at 5:24am. I waited and waited for 8 minutes and nobody came to the speaker or greeted me. I called the phone number to see what time they opened, ( I had already seen on my phone that they were supposed to be open). A girl answered the phone and I asked “Hi what time do you open?” She replied “We opened at 5am.” I then told her that I had been sitting in the drive thru for almost ten minutes and another car for about five minutes at the other speaker/kiosk. So.. of course someone FINALLY came and greeted THE OTHER CAR FIRST. Finally it was my turn. I ordered 2 sausage McMuffins and two hash browns and one sausage biscuit and gravy. The person taking the order didn’t ring up the McMuffins or the hash browns at the 2 for $3 deal that he was supposed to. So I had to remind him/correct him at the window. This location is horrible.
