We ordered meals and coffees when we picked up our order the guy refused to correct their mistake and provide the missing coffee! Coffee! For granted sake what has happened to customer service?! There's no question we ordered it.

I have worked for McDonald's before and never had this bad of service anywhere else. They also kept my money from my transaction and said they could not give me my food

This is by far my best experience being at McDonald's in the last 10 years! It reminds me of when I was a kid, this store and the people in it should be the model example of how to run this establishment!! I miss the old ways of mcds, back then every store used to be like this! 1:30 PM 8/26 everybody on this crew deserves a bonus

I sat in line at 7:46 PM for 20 minutes. The car in front of me had their car turned off because of how long we sat in line. This is crazy they have pull spots for a reason.

Doordashed breakfast and was missing an entire meal as well as oatmeal. They gave me the fruit but not the oatmeal. Who in the world are you hiring in these places???? It is not that hard to make sure everything is correct before sending off. This is ridiculous

I went in to get a replacement for something that was messed up and the manger missy helped me, and when she went to bag order when I was leaving another person came out and I think her name is Tara and I watch her lay her name on the manger that jusr help me, I don’t see how anyone would want to work there in that hostile environment or even come in food with someone to disrespect there employees like that I’m disgusted honestly, after she pushed missy she started being rude to all the customer and employees, I overheard her saying some nasty stuff as I was walking out, why would you treat you employees like that it’s disturbing and I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK, then Tara went right back to bagging stuff after everyone in there saw what she did, terrible human being…
