My experience was terrible every time I come it gets worst and my food is always cold and anytime I ask for sauce the employees make it out as a problem when I pay for sauce and have not got it anytime I come through. The customer service is bad and they have no manners. Also it seems to that this McDonald’s has become worst over the course of time . There has been hair in my food this time and this is so sad this is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to.

Did a mobile order for a quick afternoon snack. It took 6 minutes after the app told me my order was on its way out. My large fry was only half full sideways spilled in the bag. Appauling!

I ordered one sandwich with extra egg and it caused this entire place to buckle. I waited ten minutes for my one sandwich while two people who were also put in the waiting spot got their giant bags of food before me. I'm not sure if my coffee is decaf or not, or if I'm just mad but now I have a headache. Thanks but no thanks, McDonald's. Way to drop the ball.

I had a really unpleasant experience at this place. The customer service was terrible; there’s a staff member who walks around looking grumpy while cleaning tables and stares at customers for no apparent reason. The food was also disappointing—the meals were poorly assembled, with broken buns on the burgers. Additionally, I noticed that a few employees displayed racist behavior.
