I ordered a Coke Zero the drink is good and the person who cashed me out was nice. However when I got to the window they the lady who handed me my drink didn’t say a word to me. I said thank you and she just turned and stared at me and didn’t say a word to me. I did park and use the restroom as well and I seen an employee come out of the men’s with an apron on. And the men’s smelled like straight piss so you know he wasn’t cleaning in there. Taking your work apron in the restroom with you is disgusting. 🤮 I did say something to management about the drive thru employee not saying a word to me. Not very welcoming at all. She said she would handle it.

I am so sick of coming to this McDonald’s and hearing “we are out of sausage burritos” how? For 6 months I have heard “we are out of sausage burritos” yet the other two locations in the area ALWAYS have them. So are you actually out or are you just lazy & not ordering the supplies for them. It’s literally ridiculous at this point. There is NO WAY you’re the only McDonald’s who doesn’t have access to order the ingredients for a burrito. The staff is rude anytime you try to order this item or ask when it is going to be back on the menu they will just not answer at all. This location is the worst in the Beavercreek area.

I don’t think in the last 6 month a single one of my orders have been correct. No matter what time of day you go. Large hot black coffee=large cup of hot milk now. Hash brown? Of you mean cold potato. McDouble? Ketchup in between bread got it. If this wasn’t the closest location for me I would not be going back. After making this review, and waiting 2 minutes to drink my coffee after going back for my correct drink, my coffee is ice cold.

We have not got a order correct in quite some time and today when we went they tired to send us on our way without giving all our food to us, then when we asked for ranch to go with our chicken nuggets the manager wanted to charge us $0.25.

There was a miscommunication at the window about the size of my meal, it happens. But then the young man at the window says there's nothing he can do about it. Says it's not his fault and when I try to return the wrong size drink, intending to go around and get the correct size, he says he can't accept it and there's nothing he can do.
A simple, I'm sorry about that, how would you like to fix that would have suffixed.
