Those visit was for a To Go order of Soup and bread sticks. The process of ordering on online, super easy. They had designated parking spots. And once I checked it, the food came out quickly and they were very friendly.

This was quite a pleasant experience. Very nice staff, for was amazing or we were very hungry. Seriously, it was great!

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. We did not receive the food we actually ordered, even after telling our server multiple times. The issue was never properly corrected, and the situation was handled poorly. Overall, the staff seemed unprofessional and unorganized, which made the experience frustrating instead of enjoyable. This visit did not meet the standards I expect from Olive Garden.

Service was not as great as before , our server was rude , short, and had terrible energy . There was a disconnect between both servers handling my party and management didn't take my complaint seriously , her demeanor was also condescending. My family came from near and far to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We will not be returning , very disappointed.

Great service, great food

Strange thing is - I've lived in Beavercreek since 1980, and I'm pretty sure the Olive Garden was built sometime in the mid-late 1990's, but I never once visited there until around 1, and a half - 2 years ago.

However, since my very first visit, I've enjoyed it every single time. I like the design, and layout of the place. I like the fast, friendly, service, and of course - most of all - I LOVE THE FOOD!!!

I was there this past Thursday evening - just a few hours ago, as I hadn't been there in a while, and missed it. Anyway, I wasn't disappointed. Once again thoroughly enjoyed my meal.

I'll hopefully visit there again here soon, during the holidays.
