I’ve been coming here for years never had a problem until today 11/28/26. Ordered 1 large pizza half sausage half pepperoni. When we opened the box it looked like they had half a pepperoni laying around and added to our sausage pizza. The crust size and taste were completely off i even asked for extra sauce and cheese and appeared to have less then normal !!!!

These people can’t seem to get an order right even when the sticker on the box literally tells you what should be on it then when you call in to get what you actually order the manager gets and attitude with you cause they can’t do their job right I’ll never order from these miserable people ever again…decided to give them another chance and get a pizza that was supposed to be extra cheese and instead get extra crust the size of LeBron James for head

I love Papa John's but did not enjoy this stores delivery system. Instead of having proper employees deliver the pizzas it was a door dasher, who I might add left my food on the ground and did not knock on door. And when I called to complain I was left on hold for 15 minutes.

Ordered my pizza online and it was really easy. The pizza was ready when I got there. Ordered a medium with a couple toppings. And one of the toppings was extra mushrooms. Which of course I’m sure that was extra since I asked for more than the usual amount. Not seeing any extra mushrooms and not really seeing that many to begin with. Will the say the pizza taste good and the price wasn’t bad. But when you order extra of something you expect extra not even less of the topping. Update decided to give Papa John’s another chance on 6/30/25. Placed the order on the phone this time. Stated we’d like extra mushrooms and told them last time there was no extra mushrooms. He’s like I’ll make sure. Get the pizza and get home there’s no mushrooms. Go back to the store. Speak with the manager and he’s like we are out of mushrooms. The call center wouldn’t know that. When I paid for my pizza the manager is the one who rang me up. All he had to do was tell me I’m sorry but we’re out of mushrooms but that didn’t happen. Apparently I’m supposed to have a credit for another pizza but not for sure because he took off running to the dough station and went running to the back of the store to get something and back to the dough station.. just a little bothered that the manager rang up the pizza seeing that extra mushrooms was on the ticket and didn’t say anything
If I could give zero stars I would, I ordered on DoorDash and spent almost $40 for pizza that was mainly crust, I don’t understand the lack of care for the quality of food that they send out, it seems as though they do not care about keeping up with the quality of Papa John’s.
I did eat three pieces because I wasn’t wasting the food, but as stated I mainly was eating just crust.

Missing sauce cups. Ordered cheesy bread for my kids for smaller pieces sizes and instead they cut it like a pizza. Like gave me a pepper and everything with it. Topping distribution on my pizza I paid for a second topping bacon and probably only have bacon on two pieces of the whole pizza and I'm talking one bite each. Bread sticks on point glad one thing was correct. Driver friendly.
