Food here is good, the problem is the workers. The big dude with brown hair and a beard, comes to the drive thru and just states at you with a disgusted look. Never says hi, no welcome to pizza hut nothing. Doesn't even ask the name for your carryout. Literally just stares at you like you're his biggest inconvenience. I'm used to it now, when he comes to the window I just say my name, he hands it to me, then I leave. I've been to the drive thru on several occasions where he hasn't even spoken to me in our entire 5 minute encounter. If you hate you're job dude leave, because people are still going to come for food, it's a literal food establishment.

I ordered March 6 2024 2 pasta bowls and cheesy bread one bowl filled to the top the other not even half way m bread is dry and old . I called March 7 and then today toget my replacement order. First guy said he was a manager he was not he had to go talk to the manager then tell me they are only refunding the one pasta it's been to long . I say how I need names I'm calling corp. He says I'm hostile when I wasn't I asked for names he then proceeded to hang up the phone I called back the actual manager wanted to finally get the phone he was no help he actually made me come here to tell everyone stop buying from this pizza hut take you money else where till they either bumb him down to crew for restraining or let him go .

Pizza ordered. Credit card charged. Pizza never gets delivered. Then you get to wait 20-25 min on the phone not getting an answer from them. Garbage. Do not order.

Food was good as usual it’s Pizza Hut there pretty consistent on what ya get. I tipped on my order and had a cashier ask if I was going to tip her on my carry out which is why I subtracted a star on service and atmosphere. Id already done my due diligence in efforts to make sure employees are paid well via tipping.Wheelchair accessibility: There some ledges of less than two inches but mostly yes.
The guy working gave a nice little story and made me and my father laugh and the boneless wings were awesome. And if you have one bad experience you have to try it again cause sometimes mistakes happen and I've never had a misshap or bad food.

Ordered here for the first time after being hesitant because of the reviews and I got to say, for it being dinner rush on a Friday night, I don't have a single complaint. Pizzas were correctly made, ready when I showed up, employees seemed exhausted but still in a positive mood. Will definitely be back! To anyone who's pushed away by the negative reviews, here's my word that it's a great place that makes great food!

I ordered one pizza with extra cheese and another with regular cheese. Both were the same. Extra cheese is a scam. Also, if you order for a specific time they will deliver WAY too far in advance if it suits THEIR schedule.

Food was good, but we waited at the pickup window for 15 minutes before being acknowledged. The cook saw us and stared at us multiple times, but the crew must not teach communication. When we were helped finally, the service wasn't terrible. We had a pickup scheduled for 530 PM but didn't get it until almost 550 PM.

Yesterday my family had our annual Christmas party and we always get pizza. This time was even better because Carl went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and at a great price too! Carl has excellent customer service skills. We will have Pizza Hut next year also!! Thank u Carl!

I’ve called this Pizza Hut 5 times and they keep hanging up on me. This place is so aggregating. I shouldn’t have to wait on hold for 10 minutes. Just to be hung up on every time. You guys need to do better. Don’t order from here. They won’t make your food in the best quality. I’ve tried multiple times to call about my food quantity. No body is answering the telephone. They just hang up. I will never spend my money here again. Worse Pizza Hut I have ordered from.
