Drive thru not the drink I ordered

Food/drinks are always good, service is quick even when the drive thru gets backed up. I’ve never had a bad experience with a barista here. It’s a great spot for working/studying if you’ve got noise cancelling headphones (since the machines are noisy). Lighting is a little dim, which I find helps me focus. The only real problem I have is that it’s always very cold inside. I make sure to bring a sweater, even in summer, because it goes from refreshing to uncomfortable pretty quickly.

My first time ever coming to Starbucks I put an order through the app and pulled up to the speaker, they were busy but the worker was super sweet and my drink was great. The second time however the worker was really upset that I had pulled up so quickly after ordering, when their drive thru was completely empty, and gave me an attitude. I tried to explain that I've only ever been here once before and that I wasn't informed of that last time (Though busy the first time I had my order within 4 minutes) I was rudely told I should've waited 5-7 minutes. He also double checked that I wanted whipped cream on my drink since my drink was oatmilk. When I said yes he also seemed really annoyed at me for it. The drink was good though at least.

The drive thru can sometimes be extremely congested, and the line can make getting around the building difficult. They won’t get you through the line like Chick-fil-A will. Plan to wait in line for about 15 minutes if it’s long. Otherwise, everyone is very personable and kind.
