The drive thru can sometimes be extremely congested, and the line can make getting around the building difficult. They won’t get you through the line like Chick-fil-A will. Plan to wait in line for about 15 minutes if it’s long. Otherwise, everyone is very personable and kind.

Everytime I come to this location, the staff will greet me as I come through the door. They are always smiling and ask how you are doing. It's apparent that they value connecting with their customers! Special shoutout to the store manager, Del, who is always putting his customers first. I observed him cleanup a spilled coffee today with such warm enthusiasm and care toward the customer that it made me smile from ear to ear! Great work, you all!

Their online orders could be better. I typically put in an order before work, approx 20 minutes before arrival. Sometimes it’s ready, sometimes it’s not. Sometimes the drink is good, other time it feels rushed and okay. Really a hit or miss. Considering Starbucks pricing, this should be worked on.
