Worst location ive ever been to. Very disorganized and uninviting. They'll lose track of your order and try their hardest to ignore you and the ones forced to interact with customers at a point have such contempt in their attitude its ridiculous. The way I saw the cook speak to another customer was wildly disrespectful. 0/10 wont be back here anytime soon

Ordered my food in the drive-through with two cars ahead of me. Sat there for 11 minutes before I even moved. I don’t know if it’s incompetence or laziness or could’ve been the 4 employee standing by the speaker smoking Either which way I don’t want any of that responsible for making my food. Had to leave in the middle of the drive-through line

Well while on vacation recently we stopped here own our way to Columbus for lunch. The wait was brief in our order through the drive through line. I ordered the Frisco patty melt meal and let me tell you this order was fantastic to say the least. Everything was fresh and delicious to the taste from the sandwich to the fries to the drink that came with the meal. Thank you Steak and Shake for getting it right & unfortunately going back to Texas we are limited in your store locations where I currently reside.👍

My favorite is the garlic double steak burger with cheese. Not a fan of the fries. But their shakes and Burgers make up for it.

I just happened to eat here while the regional managers were meeting. I was unimpressed with the service. I don't mind having to get my own food, but I should have to get up from the table multiple times to go retrieve my food. McDonald's brings it to your table, why can't this place?? The burgers were so-so and the fries were good. The staff just didn't seem to be happy to be there, so I wasn't happy to be there. It wasn't my worst experience, but I don't think I will be going back any time soon.

The atmosphere here flat out sucks it's just not the same and what service it's mostly done by the customer and it still takes forever my food was fi Done before my shakes and I ordered for 5 people 4 shakes took over 20 minutes And 3 were kids size lol... And the employees are beyond incompetent. I'll never spend my money here again
