I had a very unfortunate experience with this place, waited 20 minutes in the drive through for the person in front of me to just drive off from the speaker (they never ordered) without paying or picking up food, which I wouldn't fault the store for. What I would fault the store for is waiting 15 minutes at the window for my own food, which was rang in wrong, so I had to go inside to correct. Then the person working the counter very graciously replaced it without needing to talk for very long but put so much salt on my burger that it was nearly inedible (verified by my friend who was with me). And by the time I had gotten to the bottom of my shake, I had found two hairs.
From what I could tell, they maybe had some staffing issues and weren't able to serve their usual quality service, I've been there too, but honestly I don't ever want to come back to this location again. The one on Wilmington by I-675 is much much better.
The Frisco melt was still really good though, I don't think it's possible to mess them up.

There may have been something about just today, but the overall experience was terrible. People were waiting over an hour for food, even those of us that ordered online and received notification that the food was ready. I arrived to get my order after seeing it was ready via app, and nothing was ready. After 20 minutes I received my food, but no shake. This took an additional 30 minutes, while listening to many customers complain about their wait.
I believe there was a game at the nearby stadium that may have caused this influx once people got out of the game, but the staff overall did not care. There was no increase in speed and in particular the young lady on shakes did not care at all and took numerous breaks to go have conversations with staff. By the time I got all my food everything was cold and the shake wasnt even good.
Im stationed overseas and always look forward to a taste of home, but this let me down.

There used to be ~20 people working every night with excellent customer service. It used to be packed with customers. Now? It's a ghost town. Maybe 3 people working and zero customer service when dining in. When you do finally get someones attention they look baffled that you would ask them anything. I don't know how they're staying in business operating this way. I'll be going to Freddie's.

So my girlfriend absolutely loves this place, but when we came in here, we ordered our food on the kiosk, and waited for them to call our name. It didnt take too long for our food, maybe about 5-10 minutes, but after sitting down and picking up our burgers, they were cold. Patties weren't even room temp, and the buns were ice cold. Onion rings were extremely tough and not crispy. Maybe it was a bad day because she swears its good, but I was not impressed.
The atmosphere was depressing. The food was okay, but because of the service and atmosphere I was disappointed with my most recent experience. All the tables were dirty and most soda was out of order. I remember when this place was always bustling, but it was nearly empty and the people working there seemed genuinely disinterested. My order was missing something and when I asked the employee who brought it out, they seemed clueless and upon showing my receipt they replied that "I honestly didn't pay attention to it." So sad.

The food was made wrong, it took over half an hour just to get an order of fries to go, things were not stocked, the bathrooms were disgusting. My family used to visit this location every so often and it used to be great. However, we will not be coming back to this location after this experience. It's not worth the drive for us.

The restaurant itself is poorly maintained inside to the point where I had to clean a booth for my fiancé and I. I mean people don’t expect a lot coming to fast food restaurants but this in itself is like a lower tier than a port-a-potty. Like the level of care and maintenance is non-existent.
