I came in at 9:20 p.m. when they closed at 10:00 p.m. and the lady said that they already put all the food away.

Idk what happened but this place went from good to just awful. One of the most rude, uninterested and unmotivated staff I've ever seen anywhere. Took forever to get through the line and then even after my food was done it took 5 minutes for them to find the bags to give it to me.

By far one of the worst subways I been to, counter tops was dirty, lady really didn’t know what she was doing. The meat and cheese was going bad from being uncovered smh this was my first and last visit

Out of everything. Staff doesn't know what he's doing. Doesn't even have the doordash tablet on. Had to wait 30 minutes for an order that should have been almost completed by the time I arrived. Very dissatisfied and disgusted with the state of the line. Food slung everywhere. Kept receiving the excuse "I just got here 30 minutes ago" still your job.

Understaffed, high turn over, slow. In every regard the opposite of the Subway at 5566 Airway Rd, Dayton, OH 45431 just a few miles down the road. Even the subway at the nearby Walmart with one employee is a better option.

Very rude employee. Came in to pick up a Doordash order and she very rudely told me she shut off the system and can't make the order. Very uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere in the restaurant.

Only online order from here if you've got the time to waste on getting a chargeback at your bank. Notoriously unreliable with recieving online orders. Poor service and rude employees. Chronically understaffed as well.

it's an extraordinary example of successful franchise...you can enjoy not just the real juiciest freshest subs in the area but the excellent costumer service; very nice personal, fresh food, and very tasty recipes; clean bathrooms; place very well organized; now wraps are in the top of the menu, but there is plenty of fresh veggies and other foods that you can enjoy and mix; great plates variety...so HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Bring back the friendly woman (I know she can't work every day) some of the other crew needs to find a job where they don't work with the public. Forty plus dollars for subs and you get the crappiest , rudest service. I will not be back till they get better employee's like that one woman.
