I went to this Bell location for a bit of breakfast and coffee. I was greeted and led to a kiosk to place my order. I had to have assistance with ordering and the greeter. eventually, had to do it for me. He spent as much time helping me as he would have spent taking my order at the counter. This won't happen next time. At the suggestion of the kiosk, I will be off, never to return.
If I get a discount for kiosk orders I could possibly relent.

Oddly enough this taco bell suprized me. They must cook with love. I tried a cheesy bean and rice burrito on my last few bucks and It was seriously good for a burrito under 2 bucks... get one! Might I suggest grilling it too! And add extra nachos cheese. Its delicious lol

Food: Nothing but beef on taco. Burrito not completely wrapped. Fiesta potatoes were cold. Quesadillas had a butcher job attempt of Making them sliced…. Because it wasn’t even fully cut

Service & atmosphere: 3 girls standing by the window while we waited 10+ minutes in drive thru. Cashier didn’t use my available rewards for free products.

Stopped in (07/05) during my lunch break just before 230 and sat in an unmoving drive thru line for almost 30 minutes (my entire break)
Multiple cars in front and behind me left while only two cars got their food in that time period.
Just left because I didn’t have any time left to try and pay and wait another twenty for food.

Ordered ahead with the app and when I arrived they found the order my friend placed and I made the mistake of putting it in the wrong store 20 minutes away and April was able to make it there for me with no hassle or any extra time This is why this is my favorite location. Never mess your order up 10 out of 10.
