I ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito. It consisted of a tortilla and at most, a total of 1 tsp of beans and such a minuscule amount of meat that it was not visible.

Best taco bell I've every had in my life. Service is always great, everyone is friendly, and they know me by name. Food is fresh and made with haste. I dont reccomend going through the drive through just with how busy and backed up it gets. Order ahead on the app or put your order in inside.

Went through the drive thru. 4-5 cars in front of me and about 4-5 cars behind me. Waited for more than 20 min before a single cars was able to order. Then took another 20 min before another car was able to order. Unable to get out of line because of a curb. Car in front of me left and then I was able to leave.
Have a feeling they were short handed inside.

I feel really bad for whoever is training these new people tonight I was behind a young lady who seemed to be struggling placing her order I could hear over the intercom how pushy the lady at the register was being and I must say as somebody that works in customer service this is definitely uncalled for I should not be able to hear you that loudly and that clearly over the speaker and how dare you just because she's struggling and telling you to hold on for a moment you call her sassy that's very rude I don't care what you think of somebody you never announced it out loud and then when I got my order I also seem to be having some difficulties with the lady at the register definitely wouldn't recommend going there at night anytime soon service was absolutely horrid

I went to this Bell location for a bit of breakfast and coffee. I was greeted and led to a kiosk to place my order. I had to have assistance with ordering and the greeter. eventually, had to do it for me. He spent as much time helping me as he would have spent taking my order at the counter. This won't happen next time. At the suggestion of the kiosk, I will be off, never to return.
If I get a discount for kiosk orders I could possibly relent.
