They really need to have a double wide drive thru if they are gonna take 20 or 30 minutes. Seriously not cool to be trapped into terrible service. My suggestion is dont ever go to this location

Took 40 minutes to receive our food. Was stared at but never spoke to buy every employee that walked by.
There were 4 people working. The lady in the drive-through seemed to be having a rough night and gave pretty outstanding customer service considering. My issue is with the people making the food. There was 1 car in front of us after we ordered, but we sat behind the car for 15 minutes (no telling how long that car was setting there) . The people making the food were taking their sweet time to make & hand the lady in the drive thru the food. It looked like their AC was out & they were all covered in sweat

Stopped for something quick after leaving the hospital late at night and I got a stacker. It was the absolute best stacker I've ever had. It was perfect. Worker in drive thru was good at his job too.
Tacobell is apparently the home of the saddest crunchwrap supreme. Tacobell dont tell me how sad you are for making this, just do better. Basically spent $6.89 for lettuce and a flour tortilla smh.

the women in the window with the big bonnet on was being very rude and disrespectful. The women was very unprofessional and i WILL NOT be returning. She was snatching my card out my hand and throwing napkins in my bag… FIRE her or something because this was unacceptable. i do think she needs a nap…. women that act like this at a restaurant are embarrassing…

everytime i go there they always mess up my food i just went there and 2 of my tacos had nacho fries in them , which i didn’t ask for , the food is good but they always mess my order up every time i get food from there.
