I went this evening and spent 40 mins in drive thru. I ordered a chili cheese Burrito and 2 crunchy taco supremes no sour cream. At the window they looked in bag 5 times to make sure it was right. I got back to my hotel and was given 2 chicken soft tacos and a chicken chalupa. I went back and they did remake it quickly. But got back to hotel only the chili cheese burrito was correct. The 2 tacos had sour cream. There were 3 people in lobby that had been there quite some time getting incorrect orders fixed. It was so disorganized and didn't look like anyone was running the place.

just got home from getting my food after getting off work. I paid close to $42 and I didn’t get half of what I ordered. And on top of that they gave me the wrong food and it was completely broken with hardly anything in it I understand it’s fast food but when you’re paying $42 for food I feel like it should be what you ordered and at least look decent.

Well that was some of the worst soft tacos Supreme and soft tacos We've had from a taco bell in a long time, they combined my 12pack Supremes with my soft regular and I has to dig for them. They were soggy and Obver filled couldn't even roll them right. The Icost there must be ridiculous

Anyone tell me how this is considered a side of creamy jalapeno?, it was barely enough to cover the bottom of the cup and you pay extra for it so why stiff?

Why charge $2.00 for extra beef and then not even put the extra beef on there? This is the fourth or fifth time that I’ve either gone to the store or got it delivered, paid extra for beef and didn’t get it. It’s ridiculous.
Went there for the first time, food was ice cold and missing items lol It seems like it's run by college students so I'm not surprised. As long as your standards are low (which they should be, you're at a Taco Bell) then this place is fine I suppose.
Prices have went through the roof. Food was good service was less than great. If you're going to charge us more. At least maintain the quality.
