My family and I went to Texas Roadhouse to have dinner with some gift cards and Irene was absolutely fantastic! She was very efficient and made sure we had refills and boxes to take leftovers. She was so kind and gave us fantastic service the whole night. 10/10 recommend to anyone who loves a good environment and a warm welcoming restaurant staff.

A salad that I ordered to go it was a half a salad no croutons and I placed this to go my son picked it up had I known I would’ve made a comment to the manager
The food was very good. We were seated directly below a ceiling fan on HIGH speed (in December, in Ohio). We had to ask a few times to have it turned down as it was quite chilly and the fan was cooling off hot food very quickly. The good news is the food was served hot and cooked very well.
We came in, it was just two of us. Our server was rude and checked on us one time when our food got to our table, we hadn’t even tried our food yet. Never asked us if we wanted any more rolls or refills. I got an 8oz filet and I asked for it Medium, it was rare. Our server was no where to be found so I could not ask for it to be remade. My fries were cold and soggy like they had been sitting back in the kitchen for a while and my salad never came. Worst experience I have ever had at a Texas Roadhouse. If I am spending $30 on a steak I would at least like it cooked properly.
