The food and service is really good but the noise cost you a star. Maybe find a way to mitigate the noise.. it's bad . Sound deadening paint or wall hangings could be options.
We had a lovely time, and our waitress was great and we could tell she was trying. However the hostess forgot our silverware, and we had to wait 15 mins for it. And then our appetizers were great besides the loaded potatoe skins, it looked like they had used American cheese slices instead of shredded cheese and it was very strange tasting. Other than that our meal was good.
The kitchen lost our ticket which meant a 50 minute wait for our food which was a little tough for my 6 year old. But the staff was super friendly and apologetic. When we finally got the food I was a little disappointed, it didn't taste worth the wait, but I understand accidents happen. The customer service is the only reason I rated 4 stars.
