8/26/24 Ate at Fridays in Beavercreek Towne Center this late afternoon. Service was awful, the place was almost empty and Kevin was walking really slow....just no concern that we needed to be waited on. After taking our order, we had to wait way too long. Meanwhile our waiter was in the back area with big jars and was shaking these jars. There we sat waiting to pay and get out of there while watching our waiter shake these jars for over 20 minutes. Food was awful, hubbie's hamburger was raw..ordered med. He squeeezed a lot of water, and grease out on his plate. French fries were a dark color from old grease. He only ate part of his food. I had the chicken the Chicken Alfredo with pasta. No flavor from sauce and the chicken was awful. Came home and I had stomach pain. I think the sauce was old and the chicken also. This place needs Bar Rescue....don't eat here.
Parking: Parking is good. Just don't eat there.

I don't know who was in the kitchen around 6pm on 8/21, but make you sure keep them! Ordered for delivery tonight and everything was so good. Tender steak and a generous side of mashed potatoes. It's been so-so here lately but this order has restored my trust in you!

I got takeout this evening and was surprised to find my food was cold and the whiskey glazed chicken strips I ordered were barely the size of chicken nuggets. For $14 I was presented with what looked like scraps that you would find stuck to the bottom of a fryer basket. The response from management was abysmal. There was no attempt to remedy the situation. The food is over priced for the poor quality. You would be better off going to any fast casual to casual restaurant nearby. This restaurant is obviously slow on a regular basis for a reason.

This Thursday, August 08, we, a group of seven people, went to Friday's for dinner. The pasta we ordered wasn't even fresh, and the food we had was extremely, really terrible. In addition to having the worst meal experience, the worst customer service was what we encountered. The woman who served us was impolite and showed a lot of attitude toward us. At the very least, she did not answer our questions correctly. Naturally, that was not only the first time we visited that location, but also the last. We won't suggest anything to anybody else.

i got take out and the chicken was very rubbery in the alfredo and the alfredo was the worst i’ve ever had i had to throw it out. but the bacon burger and fries weren’t bad!
Can't go wrong here for roadhouse food. We had 4 entrees, steak, pasta, seafood, and it was all good. Our waiter Nathaniel was welcoming, attentive, and efficient.

Most gristley sirloin steak I ever remember eating. I thought it was supposed to be a lean cut, but not this steak. Service was slow, but the guy was nice enough. Just don't waste your money on a steak meal here, and don't get a takeout order with fries. They will be wilted and soggy.
