The entire croissant sandwich was incredibly burnt, like black and charred, completely inedible. Mistakes happen, but why would you see that and then serve it?? Also, the Tim bits were crumbled up in the box as if someone just clenched them in their fist and tossed them in there. Do better because this is unacceptable, even for fast food. You guys sucked today.

Went to Dayton yellow springs Fairborn Ohio location-the person working drive thru and window was absolutely rude the entire time and huffing and puffing like I was a bother. I told him at the window I had difficulty hearing him over speaker and he rolled his eyes. I told him he should work on his attitude and he slammed the drive thru window shut. I absolutely did nothing wrong for that attitude to be given. Horrible customer service.

Love this place but I don't see the point of being open past noon when you stop making donuts at 10am and are out by noon. Open till 5pm but we have nothing for you 😁

Why do I always get pulled forward with a simple order & no one behind me. The last three times Ive been pulled forward. Was also missing one of my donuts & had to ask for my receipt, which I wasn't offered at the window, to prove I had paid for one more on my order.

Come on, Tim Hortons, do better, eh. No Boston Creme and the donuts we did get were at least day old. The chicken panini(sp.) was very plain. The cheese had no flavor. The girl at the drive thru was outright rude. Don't recommend

Decided to swing through drive-thru for a free donut on Veterans Day. When asked for ID, I showed my license with the "Armed Forces" designation on it. The young man serving me said thank you and handed me the donut, then an older lady stepped in and said that I need to show my discharge papers. I told her this is a government ID and that I have served ten years in the Air Force, she rolled her eyes and closed the window. I felt so disrespected. I will never return to this establishment. Gave two stars because the donut was good.

I went in and this overweight gentleman rubbed his groin against my sandwich and then denied it when I mentioned it. Will never come again.

Ordered a large order. Asked them to double check the sandwich amount twice because the bag felt light. They checked them and were short 2 sandwiches
