Cashier had an attitude

Third time coming through here after our coffee machine went off the deep end. First two visits were mid, not worth commentary. This time was especially trash. Ordered 2 large coffees with cream on the side. Automated drive through attendant starts talking over me before I'm even finished. Human takes over, finishes my order. I pull up, pay, get my coffees. No creams. I wait, server has moved on to bigger and better things. I honk, he comes back, I ask for my creams... he tells me he put them in the coffee. Okay, I hand him back the coffees and tell him I asked for 2 large black coffees with the creams on the side. I watch the manager pour the coffees and set them at the window. I get everything back, get home, open my coffee and she left 3 inches of space? I worked at Tim's in Springfield for years, I've seen bad service. This place continues the trend of Fairborn fast food spots being an absolute waste of time and money. I'd recommend Taco Bell's coffee before suggesting anybody spend their money here.
ETA: Before I'm asked to leave feedback on the corporate website, that would require having been provided a receipt.

This location has really gone downhill. Even when I order a head through the app they want me to pull around and wait by the door. It is worth it to drive right past this one and find a different Tim Hortons.

Restroom had a brown ring in the bowl like it hasn't been cleaned im weeks. It was 1:30 in the afternoon... employes seemed bumbed out. And since when is crock shoes acceptable foot wear for food service? Not happy with my visit. TH has gone to the dogs since the US stores got bought out by the Yum Corp. Barely can find one opem past noon.

Slow and inattentive. Ignored most times I come here by staff
We always get Tim Horton's when we visit family in Calgary, AB. We were pleasantly surprised to see one in Ohio so we stopped for breakfast. The sandwiches were so fresh and the coffee was perfect as always! The service was friendly and exceptional!

The staff was very friendly, dining room was clean and they still had a good variety of donuts at 11:30.

Restaurantji Recommends
My friend and I visited this restaurant for the first time last week. There were 2 young guys running the entire restaurant including the drive-thru at lunch time. We had to wait a bit to order and receive our food. When we asked the server about the coffee we had ordered and had been waiting a while for, he replied “I’ll get to it when I have time”! The customer service could be greatly improved. First impressions are lasting impressions and I’ll never visit this location again or recommend it to anyone in my network.

Staff are very rude but food is hot and fresh. They don't fill drinks all the way though. Drive thru speaker is broken so it difficult to hear them speaking.

My wife and I stopped at Horton's for a bit of breakfast and coffee this morning. My wife asked for a cup of ice to cool her coffee and was told that the ice would be $.69. She declined. We ate and left . We won't be back.
I wasn't aware of any tariffs on ice.
C'est la vie.
