They just put some body else’s OLD fruit bowl in my order that clearly says a different name an it’s a completely different bowl .

I typically get good service but tonight I went in for a smoothie due to dehydration due to a medical condition. I didn't have time to look up what was a good smoothie to hydrate and since they are expensive I thought the employee would have some knowledge. Not only did she not have any knowledge she was completely rude and never once smiled. She told me water As she blankly and rudely stared at me, I just laughed she said nothing. She obviously doesn't need to be working in customer service you just lost a Customer Angel and when I asked her name she rudely answered ANGEL but the receipt said Faith so not sure which. Trust and believe I will be going elsewhere if I wanted water I would have got it at home and not paid $10

I come here all the time and get a bahama mama thick sometimes with banana. Usually they are great but today it is awful it tastes funny and not well blended at all chunks of ice and fruit in it. I do see a different staff so not sure if that's it. Unhappy today I hope this is not the new norm.

Update: I went back had it remade. It was better this time it was actually smooth like it's supposed to be but not thick like I requested.

If I could give negative stars I would ! I went in today for the first time July 2nd as I walk it I asked a girl working there where I go to order and she shows me where. The girl working at the register was so DISRESPECTFUL making us look stupid and making faces ! And I even told her I seen what she did and it was disrespectful and disgusting. And when I asked for the manager. She kept making up excuses saying a manager wasn’t there. Someone like that do not need to work there. I didn’t get her name .! She had long blonde hair in two pony tails. She did not apologize for her actions and the first girl who helped us did when she had no right to! She needs to get fired and not just get talked to. I’m absolutely sure we weren’t the first ones who went to that

Every time I order a Turkey Bacon Ranch Sandwich, they give me a Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread. While it's food, it's not what I want. I even make sure I tell them Sandwich while ordering. Guess I need to stop ordering food at this location, which inevitably means I won't order from here because I always order food to go with my smoothie.

So I started to go to this location Monday - Friday 3 years ago and have (sad to admit) spent over $4,000 on their smoothies and food. I have been an excellent and loyal customer. This morning it was raining and I didn't wear my shoes in. That was my fault. What I didn't appreciate was both men standing at the counter by the door staring at me and saying Ma'am, you have to have shoes on. They were pretty rude about it. Ok, no problem. I was wrong to go without shoes. I stood on the entry rug and asked if I could stay right there and give them my card to pay for it. Neither man said a word to me but they did make my smoothie. Even though I had my card out to pay, they didn't charge me but instead told me don't do it again in a rude tone of voice. I'm not a child and they could have been a little bit kinder about it. I told him no problem because I've spent too much money there and won't be back again.
They know my name and could have used it and been kinder when they talked to me since I've went there approximately 780 times. It's not like they don't know me.
