I really don't understand it. I will say this as someone who has been here several times and will continue to do so. Why is every other smoothie place garbage in comparison to this place? The smoothies here are night and day when you compare them to places like Smoothie King or any other smoothie joint. Is it the ingredients they use? I'm not sure. But they're so far above the quality of any other place that you'd be a fool to get a smoothie anywhere else but here. Service is always insanely fast (I'm talking a max wait of 2-3min during lunch rush), and I've yet to have a bad food item on the menu. Kudos to the staff here and kudos to corporate for putting together such a fantastic fast food restaurant that I don't feel awful for eating.

Highly recommend the açaí bowl. The texture is perfect and sorbet-like instead of soupy like most other açaí places, even after DoorDashing it. Also the granola is so good. I used to work at an amazing açaí place in TN and this is the closest resemblance I’ve found in 5 years. Just wish they had almond butter! My husband added peanut butter and loved it.

Excellent customer service and delicious smoothie! I was greeted with a smile and asked how she could help me. I ordered the Blimey Limey but without pineapple because I am allergic. She immediately told her co-worker to stop making the smoothie (they are already working on it!!) She then confirmed that I said I was allergic to pineapple, and I said yes, and then she said we take allergies very seriously. I thanked her because I had never had that swift of a reaction before and felt like she truly cared to make sure my smoothie was completely free of pineapple. It was fantastic tasting, too!!! In a location where I was clearly the oldest person (near Wright State) and the associates all being (appeared to be) students, I was treated with a smile and received excellent customer service. The owner of this store should be very proud of these associates! Thank you!

The customer service is terrible. No one said hello. When we went to order the lady just stared at us until we spoke. I said good morning, she just kept staring. We have our order and she said “is that it?” And then I said yes, paid and said have a good morning and she never said anything. This new generation of employees is the worst.

Mannnnn listen. One of the best smoothies I have tasted. Staff was very delightful and very welcoming. I was just visiting the area. But whenever I come. This smoothie place is a must. Keep up the good work guys.

Food was so hot and delicious, I got a buffalo chicken wrap and I was so delighted with how good it was. I got a chocolate peanuts butter smoothie as well and it’s better than any milkshake I’ve ever had and healthier!!!! Also ally was so polite and professional really made my day she deserves a raise. Will be coming back. Highly recommend.

Overly militant with demanding to see dashers screens they very demanding and want you to show them multiple times. I understand the security issue but they are overly prying makes you feel like they think you’re stealing when you’re really just trying to work

I would give no stars if possible. Staff was absolutely rude. Asked for an extra side of salsa, was charged for it. They did not put it in the bag. When I politely asked for another side of salsa, that I paid for. The girl tells me that they are out of it, refused to give it to me, and continued to argue. Just left without it, not going to argue with children. Wont be back. Don't appreciate being treated so rudely. Food is overpriced and overrated anyways.
