Verona’s Pizza Fairborn

We ordered pretty late tonight, and the person making my wings accidentally put sauce on my wings instead of on the side. So to make up for it, they threw in extra wings and a little note 💜 accidents happen, but I always appreciate when people go the extra mile!!

I love this pizza BUT why do I have to eat it like a shrimp (and I HATE shrimp) because the edges are so burnt! The last 4 orders have been so burnt from this establishment. So disappointed.

Kinda weird this seems to be the only location that ALWAYS overcooks their pizza. Too scared to order light bake. No reason the entire edges are consistently inedible. And for over $40 bucks? What a scam. Staff are complete clowns. Imagine not being able to notice you’re burning food or being capable of adjusting the oven temp or speed. The staff and management clearly does not care. And if the oven is trash, then why isn’t the owner being held accountable? Why even keep the door open? I made a formal complaint on their website with zero reply. Too busy trying on their big floppy red shoes and taking pies to the face no doubt. Also, the young bozo who sighed when I didn’t click the tip option for my carry-out: you seriously think handing me a cardboard box of burnt food warrants a tip? Absolute stooges.

Try calling for a delivery. It’s some foreign call center that cannot speak or understand English very well. Complete fail!

The food was very good. We had pizza and subs, both very tasty. The tables and chairs were clean and comfortable and the service was fast and efficient. Only thing odd was they served sandwiches but do not have any condiments like mustard and ketchup. After putting in our order they brought the food to our table.

Parking: Plenty of parking spots.

Kid-friendliness: Kids were a great time. The booths were sized good for families.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access.

Boyfriend and I went here expecting really good pizza. When we arrived and sat down, the windowsill was covered with dead flies and other bugs. I wish I took a picture, it was that bad. We then ordered garlic rolls and they had to have come out within a minute (and clearly microwaved). They were barely warm, and we found ourselves disappointed. We thought the pizza would be better, which it was (slightly). It was very salty and greasy, not to our personal standards.

We aren’t from around here, and we know Ohio isn’t exactly known for its pizza. But we expected a little better.

I had heard family members speak very highly of Verona's so I had to try them for myself. I was not disappointed. I ordered a 12 inch pizza and a Stromboli both were excellent. I would definitely recommend Verona's Pizza in

As a New Jersey fellow, I miss the ol east coast style pizza that I grew up with. This place hits pretty close to home!
