Service from one worker was so terrible it felt like i was being discriminated against. I did not get her name but she kept walking past my table to check on other people who were white but not me since I’m black. I got tired of waiting to ask for something so I just left. That was an absolutely disgusting and horrible experience. I also feel like she charged me so much extra for what I got when I never usually pay that much. Like EVER. Thank you to these other two workers who were nice to me even though she wasn’t from the start.

I used to eat at Waffle House on the regular but over the last 6 months it’s went very down hill at this location. I brought my son here for his birthday cause that’s the only thing he wanted and we did a take out order so he could eat at home I was charged .60 cents for chocolate chips which weren’t on the waffle for my son, the only thing he wanted for breakfast on his birthday. Then I decided to go tonight for dinner last minute and there was a blonde hair in my grilled cheese !! Unacceptable !! Arent you supposed to be wearing a hair net and hat ?!

They made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in, checking on us often and making sure we had everything we needed.
