I am a frequent customer of this Waffle House location and have visited many times over the years. Typically, I enjoy the familiarity, comfort, and reliability that Waffle House is known for, which is why I continue to return. However, my recent weekend visits have been noticeably different and, unfortunately, concerning.
On more than one occasion, there has been visible and audible tension among staff members. During one visit, I witnessed a cook openly arguing with a server on the floor. While I understand that work environments can be stressful, especially during busy hours, these disagreements were occurring in front of customers and negatively affected the overall dining experience. The server involved is actually one of my favorites, Jason, which made the situation even more disappointing to observe.
On another weekend visit, a different cook was loudly expressing frustration about customers coming in, making remarks that suggested resentment toward patrons simply for dining there. Hearing comments about customers “having no lives” and witnessing profanity being used openly while food was being prepared was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Additionally, there were moments where staff members appeared disengaged, standing together discussing their reluctance to call out orders, which further contributed to an unwelcoming atmosphere.
I want to be clear that I genuinely enjoy this Waffle House and have always appreciated its typically warm, homey feel. That is why these experiences stood out so strongly. The recent lack of cohesion, professionalism, and positive morale among the staff has made the environment feel tense rather than inviting.
I hope management is able to address these concerns, as this location has the potential to continue being a great place to dine if the atmosphere returns to the welcoming and respectful standard Waffle House is known for. I would truly like to continue visiting and recommending this location, but recent experiences suggest that some attention is needed to restore that sense of comfort and hospitality.

Food and service were amazing. The two servers working both check on me and Nicki the cook made my food perfect! The only issue was the store was freezing my nose ran the entire time I was in there. The girl apologized but then said they could not adjust the temp.

Ohhh, I'm from Canada and came here late night from my hotel. Fantastic and filling breakfast, the hashbrowns here are delicious, eggs cooked perfectly. I'll be back tomorrow! I love that's it's clean and open 24 hours!!

I highly recommend Waffle House. But I don’t like how you guys won’t take orders over the phone no more. And you want people to download an app and ask them 30,000 questions and then by the time you’re about to place your order cause you had to download the app and fill out all the questions you’re now passing the Waffle House. Looks like you’re not gonna be ordering food or getting food from Waffle House. And I noticed that on the app you need to make it able to do double cheese on your hashbrowns.

This was the worst Waffle House I’ve ever been to in my life. I was served runny clumpy grits, burnt bacon, and ice cold toast. My waffle was gooey on the inside and I had to request another one. Do yourself a favor and choose any other location or get a bag of chips and keep it moving.

This Waffle House location used to be my favorite until a couple months ago. Now I've been twice in the last several months and both times the food was below average, employees were on their phones while cooking, the bacon was chewier than beef jerky. If a place is going to charge $3.75 for several strips of bacon, then the bacon should be delicious... I normally don't complain like this but something has to be done soon! I will start going to a different location from now on. (I go on night shift)

Come to this location all the time but today's visit was the worst I have experienced. The food was cold, a member of our group had hair in her food, and service sucked. 20 minutes to get a coffee refill and another 20 after that to get creamer. Some of us never even received their refills. Never had a waffle house crew at this location, this bad at their job.
