Come to this location all the time but today's visit was the worst I have experienced. The food was cold, a member of our group had hair in her food, and service sucked. 20 minutes to get a coffee refill and another 20 after that to get creamer. Some of us never even received their refills. Never had a waffle house crew at this location, this bad at their job.

Best breakfast experience I have ever had! Me and my boyfriend walked in to get some breakfast and were met we a crowd of hellos and good mornings from the crew. They made us feel so welcome. Our server Jenn was amazing, attentive, and so sweet. The food was the best breakfast I have had in such a long time! The whole crew seemed like they were really having fun at their job and it was so nice to see such a positive environment. We told our server everything was amazing and she said she really likes working there and that it's a "Waffle Home"! On the way out the door everyone shouted goodbye and that they hope our day is a breeze! I love this waffle house!

I was the only customer in the restaurant, so there was no excuse for the oversight. I watched the server place my order with the cook, but he packed it without including the add-ons she mentioned, leaving me to pay extra for nothing. When I inquired if everything was okay, they said yes, but I should have double-checked. To make matters worse, the food was terrible. I suppose the joke's on me. Maybe I was too early.
Love the all star! My wife and I get it and it also feeds our little one! Great food, speedy service, and love the tunes!
