Have to wait longer than it’s worth every time I go there. Outside smoking is more important to these people. Managers can’t get it together. Forget things every time and have to go back and of course it’s your fault and not the workers. Just waited 30 minutes after going to the drive thru for a mobile order placed 10 before. I hope these people get fired soon. Ridiculous.
Ordered a big bacon classic, came with no bacon and one patty, wow. When I complained about it the manager said it only has one patty. Look at the picture menu. Two patties on it single or double is not an option but still how can you forget bacon on a big bacon classic? I won't be back and I don't recommend going here!!!

Well this was a huge let down. All day traveling, just wanted some fast and simple but my chicken sandwich was just sad. Ordered chicken sandwich meal, fries were fine, but my sandwich is bare except for pickles. Toasted the bun but what happened to lettuce, mayo and tomato??
