The improvements are unbelievable! The change is so drastic and the only way that's done is through a lot of hard work. The head manager (Estevan) is truly caring and works as hard as his crew members. The new cashier (Mathew) is so wonderful that I am now a regular lol. He keeps the lobby so clean and he is so welcoming. Great job 👍

10/10 worst Wendy's I've ever been. Is it that hard to do your job? Make fresh burgers...fries or nuggets?? .made fresh never frozen my ass . Charging out the ass prices and can't even get a damn burger correct. Cold food and then not answer the phone to get a refund.

This Wendy's will have you park to the side to make the drive threw times look better they are slow and the food wasn't even warm like it had been sitting and our chocolate frosty was half melted will never go back and am very disappointed

Since Broad St remodeling is done, decided to give it a try. So glad we did. Our cashier Gracie was amazing, courteous and on her toes! Was busy when we was there to order our food. But she made sure our order was on point and absolutely correct!! Thank You! We will be back!

We used the Wendy’s app to order our food (late lunch) while in the car then, went inside to pick it up and dine in. Employees were friendly and efficient. Food was packaged and presented as expected not sloppy or quickly slapped together. The restaurant was clean on the inside and well-maintained. Possibly a remodel had taken place or about to start. Anyway, our lunch order was great. No issues were experienced at this Wendy’s. When in the area, again, and looking for fast food we will most likely stop back in.
