Worse drive thru ever. I wasn't the only car to leave.
This location in particular has been declining for the last 5+ years. Food quality is bad (serving cold food that’s been sitting out, big NO), not enough inventory (out of food products consistently), incomplete/incorrect orders, long wait times that do not compare to the amount of customers ordering, etc. Rethink your options to save time, money, and stomachs.

I have tried this location several times. The people working there are miserable at best and shows in their performance. Food was not fresh and was pretty stale. Hard pass!

Dirty. Slow service. Asked for fresh food.. of course it was not, although asked to pull up off the timer.
Unsure why, but every time the answer is always "everything is fresh" .. when in fact it is not.

I'm flabbergasted. This looks pitiful. 30% meat/substance, 70% bread. Not to mention ketchup on here when "no ketchup" was selected on the app, and the medium fry container is half-full. For the same price, I can go next door to TJ Chumps and get a real burger and fries that are double the size. Despite how much I like Wendy's, this is horrible value on the dollar :/ I get the tariffs and inflation, but cmon now.

You might wait five minutes, you might wait forty-five minutes. Only 80% to give you the right order. Constantly hiring because they clearly don't pay enough to keep anyone around for long.

This location should not serve breakfast due to the 20-30 minutes you have to wait to only still get the order wrong
The pop machine has no ice I tried 3 pops, all flat. Condiment bar is empty. Fries were fresh and delicious. Worst Wendy's experience in my life. Not coming back!

The worst Webdy’s I’ve been to in years! Terrible service and the employees don’t care. The baked potato they gave me looked like it was 48+ hours old and totally inedible! They should have thrown it away - I did. The health department would have a field day at this place!

Wish I could really rate the food. This location is a dang joke. They never have food, when they have food, it’s never the right order. I’ve been comped once before by the manager via email and the workers acted like they couldn’t hold it up, even showing the email.
Tried to give them another shot by ordering a mobile order, location out of salads, and potatoes. HOW?! But real quick to take the money for my order and not quick to process giving my money back.

Hours are not correct on site, phone number on site disconnected. Drive thru to place breakfast order lunch menu only displayed. No other customers in site during the wait for food. Food was actually good. Wasnt pretty grtting there.
Dave Thomas did not start and run his business this way. We are allowing others to ruin a decent legacy vs respecting and growing it with quality in all processes. Hope they turn this around. Site could be a useful and convenient resource!
wendy’s has really become one of the most frustrating fast food restaurants to order from.
constantly forgetting items, constantly out of items. i will place my order using the app and upon arrival the restaurant is just closed and then begins a fight and endless efforts to reach someone, anyone to get a refund.
corporate does not answer even during business hours, my emails go unanswered, and chat now option online has no response, the restaurant phone is disconnected. the amount of money i have wasted at wendy’s is gross. wendy’s is a joke. i avoid ordering wendy’s.
