So slow you would never have time to go there for a quick lunch. One car in front of me on the drive-thru and it still took 15 minutes for me to get my order from that point. No one in the lobby. Absolutely no feasible reason for this.

Ordered on the app and went through the drive through at 7:30 am on a Sunday morning. There were no other customers there. Employee at drive through seemed friendly. Waited 2-3 minutes to get my food but it was hot, fresh, and tasted very good.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!
Paid $42 for me and my family to eat dinner here food was extremely cold because they took forever and then missed half the food when handing it out to me, I explained that items were missed and 20 minutes later I received 3 of the 6 item’s missing. Now my family is eating cold fast food and I am out 42 dollars.. the manager and the lady at the 1st window were extremely rude and degrading even heard them while I was waiting inside make multiple references to me in demeaning manners while complaining. I will never go to a Wendy’s again.

Despite it saying that they have Dr Pepper on the sign , they claim they don't. They also were only taking cash and said they had no barbecue sauce . Honestly I don't think they wanted to work.

Went in to order a breakfast sandwich. They took my order, I paid and they gave me a VERY cold sandwich. We took it back in and we're told they had no eggs and they do not give refunds. So no resolution and only excuses that should have been explained when ordering and definitely BEFORE taking money.

Attempted to go dine in, the door was locked despite door indicating the dinning room is open on fridays by 930 am. This is the second time I've attempted to eat at this Wendy's and walked away with no food. The store seems to be very disorganized and unable to provide good service.

if I could leave 0 stars I would. just spent 30 minutes trying to get my food and drink for it to be wrong and waiting again just to get my money back. No one knew what they were supposed to be doing. Total lack of managing resources and it wasn't even lunch rush yet. 😒

Ordered a Baconator combo 2.5hrs before closing and was told they would make it fresh for me. For $15, I got a burnt hamburger and no fries. Consistently not good here since they've been under new management.

Tried to call them about it to resolve but, their phone doesn't work.
