Me and my family went here Sunday afternoon after church. We have never had good service at any Wendy’s but this one was a needle in a haystack. Different Wendy’s have terrible employees, super dirty, very slow service. This Wendy’s was Clean, Good and Fresh food, and great service! Only complaint I had was they forgot one of my burgers the second we realized the cashier brought it to our table realizing they had forgot it. Best Wendy’s in the area!

I just hate when folks don’t get the order right if I wanted a regular double stack I would have got that but if I pay extra for bacon and get no bacon at all and then the phone number don’t even work just rubs me the wrong way. Just wanted to vent the ppl cool but times too hard to not get what you pay for

What is wrong with your buns?? I have visited this location a few different times and the hamburger buns have occasionally (at least 4 sandwiches) had the hardest bottom bun ever.. rock hard. I refuse to eat the hamburgers when that happens so I waste money and always end up wondering why do I even try it? Whatever method used to store buns is failing you. Do something different. I feel like this needs to be turned in to the health department because I feel like these buns are left out all day.

921 am Dec 2 2025 Parking lot LOADED with SNOW and SLUSH!!! Not safe to get out of the car so moving on.

I’m pretty sure I got food poisoning from a cheeseburger from this location at 4:09 pm on 10/17/25. I tried calling the restaurant to report it but the number listed isn’t in service.
So I had my boyfriend get me a five dollar biggie bag that consisted of a Dave’s double stack with only ketchup and cheese, a small fry a five piece nugget and a small drink. I was about 3/4 of the way through my drink, and I realized that something was in the bottom of my cup upon further examination. It was three small bolts. I drove back to the restaurant and drove to the speaker box and I asked to speak to a manager. The manager had a blue hair bonnet on and in a blue shirt. (he did not provide his name) he identified himself as the manager starting the conversation face-to-face I asked for my receipt, which I gave him an approximate time that the order took place and I gave him my order. He looked in the computer for a moment and stated ma’am we haven’t had an order like that in the past two hours so I called my boyfriend to confirm this was the location he got the dinner from my boyfriend confirmed this was in fact the location he ordered the food from. The manager didn’t even offer to make it right nor did he even offer a refund. (Please see attached pictures)
