Check the expiration date to your salad toppings/dressing!!! They gave me expired ranch and expired onion toppings. Makes me wonder what else they are serving that is expired, old or needs thrown out!

Sitting in my car after walking out without ordering. I waited inside at the register behind two other customers for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged. There was no one else inside and only 2 cars in the drive thru. And of course,as always, frosty's are not available. Burger King here I come!

Ordered a son of baconator and they gave me a bacon double stack on a baconator bun. I told the manager that the son of baconator gets a bigger Patty than the double stack and he insured me that it was the exact same Patty the only difference is the bun size and mayonnaise instead of pickle on the son of baconator. I asked him so a son of baconator is the same as a bacon double stack only no pickle add mayonnaise and bigger bun and it cost over $2 extra? His response yes!

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. It used to be a whole size breast. Now it’s the size of a single McDonald’s hamburger. One tiny piece of lettuce didn’t even cover chicken. Ordered French fries with no salt. Saw guy put them in. Waited 10 min.?Had to go ask. He forgot. The conversation was in front of the manager. He never apologized.?For $11.35 this was a total ripoff. Never going back and will tell others not to bother either.

Never once ever have i had a positive experience with this wendy’s, Ive worked fast food for a long period of time so I understand that working in the food industry can be a pain but it’s food places like this wendy’s that puts a bad name on to every fast food worker. Every time i’ve came to this wendy’s i’ve had to wait for long periods of times just for my food to sometimes not even be hot? how’s that even occur? secondly i don’t think once they’ve gotten my order correct. The last straw was this night me and my family ordered 3 combos (which is a lot of food to be honest) and after being told to park I sat and waited. After I was given my food ai noticed my sauce wasn’t in the bag so i went in and asked for some no issue. But when i got home..tragedy struck…not only was one of the burgers messed up but all 3 and there was only one fry in the bag. Now I can understand one of these mistakes waiting a long time or a messed up burger or maybe no sauce but all of these…it makes you question your life choices. Anyways what i’m trying to get at unless you are ok with wasting time cash patience and sanity please i beg do not go to this wendy’s.

Literally have to wait in the drive thru for 20 plus minutes just to order. Nevermind the fact you’ll be pulled to the front every time too, probably to bypass their timer per customer. UNBELIEVABLY SLOW. This location needs to be completely overhauled, it’s the furthest thing fromFAST food. I’ve left the drive thru line at least twice, and it’s like this every single time I’ve gone. Unbelievable.
