Ice cream was great. But will never be back. Lad working I think may ne the owner was very rude to an elderly man. He thought he was in line to order but was actually in the pickup line. The lady was very snippy and said get in line and he thought he was. I homestly thought he was too. Good ice cream but that kind of customer service ruins any good place for me. Wont be returning

1st time visiting, I had the sampler with 4 flavors: cookie n cream, caramel macchiato, FIG and orange and Sth brownie I forgot. It was awesome! Also recommended the smores brownie!
Btw the soda shop next door, try their cream soda please! Best I ever had! So fresh and crisp!

Hands down the absolute best ice cream place in lake county. They have the best flavors, service, and it’s a cute location! They also have amazing baked goods and ice cream cakes.

Really great ice cream. They have vegan ice cream and boozy options as well. It's a little on the pricey side for ice cream, but it's worth it. It is always crowded there, especially during the summer. Expect a wait.

We were just leaving Lake Erie Bluffs and looking for ice cream. This place came up so we gave it a whirl. Here on a Friday, mid day during the summer, but also during a big thunderstorm. Parking was no problem behind the store and on street. There's a cute mini golf place next door.

We had cookies and cream, cookie dough, fluffernutter, caramel macchiato and Miss USA (cheesecake ice cream with red velvet cake chunks). All the flavors were fantastic. My daughter had edible cookie dough sprinkled on her cookies and cream and she said it was tasty.

Feel like the prices are a little high, but the ice cream was good and didn't really expect cheap prices in a cute little lake town. Would come back

Vegan chocolate ice cream is perfection. Smooth, creamy, chocolately and dare I say better than dairy ice cream. It exceeded my expectations!

Best Ice Cream in NEO and the BEST cookies salted chocolate chip is my favorite. The vegan ice cream is surprisingly amazing. I can’t recommend this place enough and the staff is amazing!!

Every time we visit Fairport Harbor, we stop at Fairport Harbor Creamery. The ice cream selections are great and the flavor are even better. The sampler is the way to go. Must stop if you are in the area.

Would have been a 4 at minimum for the ice-cream and treats. Unfortunately its lower after running into who I believe is the owner(more on that soon) and the last brownie i got seemed gritty and like it was vegan, maybe it was and i missed it in the description..

I have been here a few time and mostly enjoyed everything including the experience. The brownie affect my score very little. The owners personality / energy / attitude is what brings it down. Its is hard to explain but if felt like they are too confident and forget how to treat customers due to this.

Summary why,
When asking about a flavor no long being avalible i was told they know best and i need to come back more than once a every few month.
I then chose another flavor and was told that will be off the list soon and to come back more than once every few months again. I ask about the availability of treat and received another answer reminding me to get what i like when its avaliable more often.

I feel this lady does not want to hear anything other than yes please and take my money.

First time coming here, never knew about this place until my brother told me about it. But I live far west so makes sense.

I purchased a chocolate milkshake which tasted amazing. They make actual real milkshakes vs other places: with the actual ice-cream and actual milk.

The one who took my order was super nice and very helpful. I was told that the shop makes everything there. They make the ice-cream and all of the other desserts in house. I talked to a couple other customers who said that they won't go anywhere else because everything is made there.

I like that it's a small privately owned business which I'm a huge support on. They have not only a to-go window but also areas to sit inside and outside. It's also just up the hill from the beach.

I would love to come again if I'm ever in the area. I'd go all the time if there was a 2nd location in Cleveland.
