I am editing this review because once i finally got in contact with them, they did fix the issue with out much hassle. I will give them that. Bumping from a 1 star to a 3 star. Service I will bump as well, from 1 to a 3.

First while I was there in middle of making my subs he stoped walked over to sink and spit in the sink. Then I get my subs home I take two out and when I took the second out the way he had it packed in bag all my topping s and meat were in the bag outside of my sub and the taste was as bad as everything looked in the store. Something told me to just walk out but I never had this bad experience with subway before so I took a chance

Promotional offers are consistently invalidated at this establishment. Despite assurances from staff regarding their validity, presented coupons are repeatedly rejected due to technical malfunctions with their machine. Furthermore, the quality of toppings is subpar. While I hesitate to provide negative feedback, the frequency of these issues over the last few months has become unacceptable.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I have had bad experiences here in the past and I wrote them off. But I was in a time crunch and needed a sandwich. I ordered a Tuna Sub which wasn't bad. And a small Sunchip (online order) and they did not include it in my order. I went back to get the Sunchip and the person said it was not part of the order. I showed him the order on my cell phone but he still denied that it was ordered. It was only a $1.79 extra so I blew it off and did not argue. But told him I will tell everyone I know about this and I live across the street. He will lose a lot more business once I spread the word. And the guy was downright rude over a $1.79 mishap where he was clearly in the wrong.

i went in 48 minutes before closing and this man who i assume is the manager was just staring at my car waiting to see if id come in and once i opened the door he didn’t greet me, he only said “you want sub”….and when i said yes, he rolled his eyes and i saw he had everything all put away and cleaned up. i asked what time they closed and confirmed it was 9??? anyway i told him never mind about the sub since he had everything cleaned. he was very demanding to make me a sub which was scary.. he legit chased me out of the store yelling at me to make my sub LOL!!

I placed an order and informed the woman that I had a coupon for two footlong subs for 12.99 and she told me that that they will not honor coupons the register won't allow it. I could have paid in cash but she was insistent, and told me the other subways won't take them either. She then charged me 13.99 for one regular footlong sub. I called another Subway a few miles away and the person working there told me that they do take coupons there and they did not know why another Subway would not. I feel very cheated and will not go back. I would give zero stars

Never in my life have I left a review for an establishment but this place deserves it and not for a good reason.We lost a close family friend suddenly and my husband went to get sandwiches with a coupon so that we wouldn't have to cook as we are also leaving town and caring for a newborn baby.My husband ordered a spicy Italian and a BLT. His spicy Italian was made with ham instead of salami and meager portions on all the ingredients. Okay, whatever, maybe the employee has small hands and bad eyesight. You never know.When I unwrapped my BLT (B=bacon, L=lettuce, T=tomato) I was greeted with a sandwich of bacon and mayonnaise.My husband didn't want to leave the house again and we had tomato and lettuce at home but I called to complain, because really?Never in my life have I been greeted with such unkind, rude customer service. I began the call by telling them the problem and clarifying that my husband ordered a BLT. Whoever I was speaking to, I'm assuming it was a manager, began speaking over me loudly and saying that if my husband wanted lettuce and tomato he should have said so. I tried to interrupt and let him know that lettuce and tomato is literally in the name and he told me he knew that but that my husband should have asked for lettuce and tomato. What the heck!?! I tried to get him to understand my frustration but he continued to talk over me even when I politely asked multiple times if I could speak. I finally hung up.To the manager, learn some basic people skills. Also, make the freaking sandwich the right way. It's in the dang name. You may think that arguing with someone until they hang up in defeat means you've somehow won, but instead you earn a 1 star review and lose business. Maybe that's why you skimp out on portions and don't take coupons.
