I wish I can give a zero. I went in here for dinner. Very inappropriate unaporpite music was playing super loud. There was a customer in front of me with 2 subs. Then she went to check out a was trying to pay with not valid gift cards claiming there was money a taking a long time. An the sandwich artist didn’t change his gloves once in the whole prosses. This subway should be shut down. Never will I come here again. No one should come here.

Very nice employee, very efficient, very clean space 10/10!!
Just about everything that can go wrong went wrong. Bread is stale, paid extra for bacon and they didn't warm it, piled the sauce on top of the veggies so the dry bread didn't have a chance at all and my veggies slid off while eating and left no sauce on the sub. Quality of ingredients is terrible, and when I mentioned to my partner how poor quality it was he asked specifically if it came from this location. Due to the reputation, I felt I had to review and leave a comment for others, just go into painesville don't stop here.
