Food was amazing. Dessert was even better, peanut butter and jelly cheesecake. Service was also great. Great atmosphere.

Went here in September with 4 of us for a birthday. Food was absolutely horrible, cold, bland, and greasy. The fish was definitely frozen. On the way out, we talked with a worker who told us everything prepared is frozen. Nothing is cooked fresh. Great views, but that's about it. Dirty, old, and needs new ownership. Plus, they closed in early October. I would only get drinks and that too is nothing special.

I'm not a big seafood guy personally. I've heard the food is so/so - leaning a little more pricier than the area average. As far as a spot to eat and grab a drink right on the lake, with summer sunset views that are unmatched - this is it. The only lakefront bar from Geneva to Cleveland.

I’ve been here a few times. The setting is the draw. Food is only OK and it’s pricier than other places that offer the same fare. Service is consistently lacking. The website takes you to a different restaurant. Their social media does not have a current menu. The last time we were there, August 2023, the hostesses had a disagreement about the presence of “bees” near our destination table. Indeed, there were yellowjackets at our table and the other table on our deck. Other dining sections were not in the same situation. The server only replied “try working a 12 hour shift with ‘em” when we stated that we wanted boxes for our meal because we could not get the food to our mouths without yellowjackets swarming in. Bugs in our drinks the whole time. Our server then vanished, so we moved ourselves to an adjacent indoor dining area where were able to eat. If you’re game for a heaping helping of frustration and disappointment, this is your jam.

There’s so much potential in this restaurant, but the menu is a bit lackluster. The service would have been great, but the day I went they were missing a few people and the servers were overwhelmed with customers so it was slow. Beautiful views though and overall I enjoyed my experience.

Disappointed, my boyfriend and I are up here on a mini vacation. We had seen this restaurant online and were really excited to try it and see the view. We tried to call ahead but the answer machine pretty much tells you they don't answer the phone. I then checked their Facebook and everything seemed solid to just walk in. We walked 15 minutes from where we are staying just to see a sign that they were closing two hours early. I double checked and there wasn't any sort of indication of this closing on the facebook/website. I don't understand how there is no way to have known about an early closing before actually arriving at the restaurant.
The standouts here are the staff and the location. Great views of the harbor and nice beachfront type atmosphere. And all the hosts and servers were awesome. But the food was... bad. The fish was somehow burnt on the outside and still a little frozen on the inside. The hotdog looked good, and the fries were fine. Everything else was mediocre, dry and flavorless. But maybe we should have asked what they recommend getting.

This place has some very nice views. The service was so slow we got extra time to take in those views. The food was okay, but pricey. If I go back, it will be purely by accident.

After reading some of the reviews, we had low expectations on the food. However, that was not the case. We thought the food was very good. The price was pretty average for the area and the view was spectacular. The service was good. Really looking forward to going back.

The perch was absolutely horrible, i mean come on y'all putting cinnamon in the fkin tarter sauce or batter ?? Absolutely 0 flavor in the batter, most basic ass shit I've ever had, will stick to Brendan's.... Awesome views , service was good, food sucked, fire your chefs, git rid of that " family recipe " and start making some good fish. Great views of the lake . Would come for drinks never again for a 23 dollar fish platter of bland tasting perch. Y'all can report my review I'll just repost it. Fix the problem.
