Buffalo Wild Wings

We ordered wings to go and some of them just didn't have that wow factor. It's not as good as I remember it to be from when BWW first came out.

Food was full of flavor.

Mixed feelings about this place. Good wings but used to be way better. They've gotten a bit greedy with the sauce too. Portions aren't as big and value just isn't there. Still a good atmosphere.

My beer was warmer than the wings. The wings were dry and chewy (like beef jerky).
The waitress was nice enough to replace them but the ones she brought back were terrible too (like they had been sitting in a warmer for quite some time). I won’t be coming back to this location. Very disappointing.

Almost everytime I come to pick up a Doordash order it's late

Walked in 3 tables seated. Waited 15 minutes to be seated no one came to the podium. Forget that. No wonder the place is empty on a Monday at 5pm. Just close your doors for good.

Tried ordering delivery. App says food has been ready for 30 minutes but no answer at phone number. Tried any number I could find for them and nothing works. Very irritating.

Always greeted,new cocktails,the best pretzel bites! Comes with hands down fat tree cheese sauce. Word of advice, order more sauce

This is probably the weakest location I've been to for BW3s. Waitress was very polite and accomodating, however the dress code here seems a little too relaxed. Like employees wearing sweatpants and on their phones relaxed.

The food ended up being very underwhelming. The app we ordered was relatively tasty, albeit overpriced.

Now, the wing portions have become rather sad for the price. This last visit, my wings came out hard as a rock and cold, but still cooked. The texture felt like chewing gum and made for a rather unfavorable dining experience.

My burger on the other hand was pretty good, although I asked for medium rare and this thing came out well beyond well done.

Some constructive feedback that I feel would go a long way would be to increase the level of professionalism. No one really wants to be serviced by hostesses and waiters in sweats and having a demeanor of not caring about their job or customers. Also, evaluating and improving procedures and processes in the kitchen can help prevent patrons from ever getting an old batch of wings, over/under cooked food, etc. Nothing more disappointing than that at restaurants.

Just my 2cents, but last visit was a 2/5 for me.

Awful food and service. Disgusting.

I love this location! My food is always hot and fresh, I'm seated quickly, everything is cleaned to perfection, and the staff are very attentive and friendly. I always ask for extra buffalo rub on my traditional wings and they come out great everytime. Nice and spicy just like I enjoy them.
