i love burger king but this place has disappointed me every time. no line and always take so long to get your food and constantly messes up your order. today is asked for a whopper with no tomato’s and got a plain whopper with nothing on it except tomato’s. this place is terrible and is consistently bad and this was the last straw

I would give zero if I could. I stopped by on my way home from work to get my kids food. No one was in line they made me go to a handicapped spot to wait for 20 minutes for food that was cold. And the girl who brought it out says to me “sorry, the other girl was supposed to bring it” after working 11 hours myself I was hoping to get in and out. Never again. I’ll go across the street to McDonalds in a pinch. I wish I never spent money here, we threw the food away. What a waste. SMH
This BK is an utter dumpster fire. The staff yells at each other, the service is terrible, and the orders are wrong. I actually got contacted by someone saying they were the owner who apologized about being completely ignored waiting to place an order inside and when I went back today, they did it again, even after the manager told someone to take my order, they still completely ignored me. I would literally rather eat anywhere else than go here ever again.
