The staff on Tuesday noon were not competent at all, I had to wait 10 minutes more than my pickup time to take my order because the staff were ignoring me and helping people BEHIND me, when I got my food the napkins and the sauce were nowhere to be found they just gave me the dry food by itself, thanks Chipotle

I usually like this chipotle but lately I have spent a good portion of my lunch break just waiting to ask someone to grab my online order from the back. I wish they utilized the pickup shelf instead of making everyone individually ask for their bag.

This place is just plain gross anymore. Dirty, disgusting, over cooked food, chips broken into small pieces clearly not fresh, and the staff is rude and couldn't care less. I'll never come here again.

Every time I have came in here the employees are rude and act like they do not care about you or your experience. They are lazy. They run out of everything and don’t have a care in the world about it. And instead of making it, they’re on their phones. I am also in customer service and understand there are off days but it’s every time I go. I will never return to this location.

I don’t do reviews ever but every time I come in this damn chipotle there out of the basic stuff every chipotle has. Can’t make this up out of chicken out of rice out of chips, then proceeded to tell me they don’t do water cups. Customer service is trash dining room is dirty. Needs new management

white rice shouldnt be rock solid and crunchy and for 11$ the burrito was barely the size of my hand 😐

Had a burrito. The tortilla was soggy & had to be eaten with a knife & fork. We asked for a large guacamole. The server didn't know to fill up the container. It was a disappointing experience.

Out of black beans, most meat and pico. It was 4pm on a weekday. Cashier was on her phone the whole time. Go somewhere else.

The service is always terrible no matter when you go. Consistently out of various things. The lady at the cash register was literally on her phone with her daughter while ringing is out and was extremely rude. Accused us of not paying for two fountain drinks. It just solidified the fact that I will never go back to that chipotle.

The place is always dirty, every time I go there the food is old. This was my first time going to this location in a whilleeee because it was always kinda bad but whatever. I decided to get a pickup order here since I was in the area and when I got home, I opened my bowl to find a giant slab of pure gelatinous pork fat instead of carnitas. Ew. The poor service while I was there makes me think they did this on purpose because no WAY you don't see that you're putting this monstrosity into the bowl. Very disappointing and honestly just gross
