Don’t ever go here. If i could put 0 stars i would. Got food poisoning, the food was undercooked-meat,rice, toppings weren’t fresh. Was sick the night of eating, throwing up, and next day felt even worse. Get workers that know how to cook and make sure the food is fresh.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I asked for simple accommodation for a food allergy, and the staff was entirely too rude. Corporate will be getting call

I wish I read reviews before coming here. My food was so nasty the rice had no flavor, the meat was hard. I should have known the chef didn’t look like he had cooking skills. The line workers were stuck on there phones no greetings just … bleak.

The last 3 times I’ve been there it has been terrible, always out of food and staff, one of the worst chipotles around here

Went around 5pm I get it ,it was the end of the day all the food was at the bottom of the pans I asked the girl if they had any guacamole that wasn't brown and I was told it's made daily nothing is wrong with it , ya but it was literally brown and probably out all day. Love chipotle but will never go to that one again . The one in Lakewood is always fresh and the employees aren't huddled up by the grill showing eachother cell phones. Totally disappointed and wasted my money today.

I always Love chipotle but you have to order it right. I decided to change it up and didn't care for it as much as usual. I wish.
They had an option to not stuff it like a pumpkin where you're afraid you might drop it on your foot.

This is pathetic. I'm going to order again and take the food and run off if you don't refund me immediately. Cheapskates.
I ordered online and picked up in the store and left. This is unacceptable.

Walked in and no customer service whatsoever, rice is hard as a rock, chicken is burnt and whoever cleans the chicken left all fatty bites. Burrito was wrapped with no care. As long with a non serve safe environment. Employee was chewing gum openly over my food and I didn’t see hair nets in place wouldn’t recommend going to this chipotle till they figure out what they got going on.

Line workers are always fried off their ass. Portions are always inconsistent. Take your chances if you go here.

Rude workers, when I gave them the name for pick up, the woman was like who? What? The other worker then looked at her and gave a smirk and laughed and handed her my order. Once I came home, there was hardly any rice in the bowl or chicken when my son opened it.
The avocado was also browned and the tomatoes tasted spoiled.

Never going back there again food over cooked they line always not clean food mixed with other foods hope nobody with health problems have a problem after eating they food poor customer service want to talk disrespectful on the phone when all I was trying to do is report what's wrong with my food and it's like a playground in there a lot of talking and playing and not doing they job sad place

Today Saturday Jan 11th time is 3pm I went and ordered three chicken bowl , the chicken is burn and when I asked to talk with the shift manager she was so rude and she gave me terrible answer and so was not helpful , the service is so bad , I will never come back again to that branch .

I’ve been quite frustrated the past 4 times I’ve ordered from this location. There has been something wrong or missing with my order in some way. The automatic responses when you report an issue have only issued a refund one time. Not going back since Fairview is open.
