Definitely need more than one register or even a kiosk added. Waited for fresh, hot food, and everything was warm, w three orders of room temp fries. Order 6 cauliflower bites only received 4 w/ cold fries.Place has a long way to go. Check your orders and skip the fries! Macaroni was hot but decent at best. A lot of people were waiting for their orders!?

The food was absolutely terrible. The drink and ice was good thats all I liked. The server was pretty good he was a funny cashier. The ambiance was terribly disappointing there was trash everywhere no tables cleaned and the floors were really dirty. Step your game up Dave. IT ALSO COSTED 70 DOLLARS FOR 4 PEOPLE.

I was very excited to try Dave’s for the first time, we drove half and hour just to come out to this location. When we got there it took a minute for someone to take the lines order. Starting off we asked for milkshakes and they said they were cleaning the machine around 5:00pm which is strange considering closing wasn’t for a few more hours but that okay that was fine.. we got 3 combos an extra 3 tenders, mac & cheese, and a large drink and asked for extra sauce and it came out to about 60 dollars, after we got our food we took it to go and drove home to find out we were not given our mac & cheese, & no sauces.. not 1 after asking for extra. Disappointing is an understatement compared to how eager i was to try it out.

1st time visit after a coworker told me about this place. Good food but the chicken could be seasoned better for more flavor. I would definitely recommend Dave’s Hot Chicken and I’ll be back.

The chicken is good, but the staff is literally always fried (high) and takes forever with the orders. Came here multiple times and each time waited way too long to get my order (30-50 minutes). Multiple times the order we placed was wrong by not giving us the correct heat level we desired. The staff is there just to hang and really do not prioritize the customer at all and are in lala land. but other than that the food is good obviously also because the chicken is halal.

I wrote a review a couple days back but it appears to have never posted. Our Sunday visit provided me with some great tasting chicken...I was very pleased, though the fries weren't very hot. The problem was the facility itself. When we entered, two employees were playing on their phones, yet some of the tables were wiped with streaks and others weren't wiped at all. The floor was messy, too. There were no paper towels in the bathroom and an employee used it, then came out and went right back to work, leaving me asking, "how did he wash and dry his hands?". It's too bad. I really like the chicken, so I will try it again, but if the place isn't clean, it will be the last time we visit this particular location.
