I called in to place a pickup order, and the person who answered the phone seemed to be a new hire and did not take the order correctly. Even after another staff member took over the call, my order was still incorrect and one item was missing.
When I arrived to pick up the order, I chose to pay in cash. A male staff member helped me at checkout, rang me up, and took the cash. However, the payment was not entered into the register, and I was given a receipt that showed “Not Paid.”
I didn’t notice this until afterward, which was concerning. I’m not trying to cause trouble, but this situation shows a lack of communication and proper checkout procedures.
I hope management can provide better training to avoid confusion for both customers and staff in the future

WORST DOMINOS IN CLEVELAND ! They burned pizza I ordered for my job party & refused to replace food because the delivery driver was behind! Months later I order and they send me a damn near raw pizza and I was missing a few items after taking 1hr and a half . ONLY reason i ordered tonight is because of the credit they gave me and my pizza is STILL NOT COOKED im so over them im going home and cooking it myself smh . CLOSE THIS LOCATION

They cross contaminate my cheese pizza and veggie pizza tasted like pork and bacon and there were pieces of pork on both of my pizzas I am Muslim and I do not eat pork and in the manner they represented themselves was completely unprofessional and I felt racially antagonized by the Gm Payton I will ensure the Palestinian Community to go elsewhere

A super convenient pick for a hotel stay near the airport. They delivered to our room and order was perfect. I Like to have deals that make this a smart pick for the budget and cost effective for multiple people. My grandma has always loved dominos pizza, showing this is a good pick for many types of people of all ages. A quick and efficient solution for a meal.

Rude customer service and will not get back to you about setting up catering. Had to call back multiple times and talk to several different people all to be hung up on in the end. Any other pizza place is better than here.

Ordered pizza with extra sauce, this was listed on the receipt. Received pizza with almost no sauce. Paper thin. Tasted like cardboard. They did give me a refund but no apology for not giving me extra sauce. I unsubscribed from their mailing list.
The managers Payton and Laron were so kind and helpful! I’ve never had pizza in my life and they took the time out of their day to explain what everything is! They even let me watch them make my pie! They were both very personable with me, being a young adult.. but an older woman walked in after 10 minutes of me being there, and they were even personable with the older folk! I will only ever eat pizza pie from this specific pizza parlor. THANK YOU DOMINOES!
