I ordered two refreshers from here and they said they were out of green tea after I paid and I told them no, so then they said it would take 5-10 minutes to brew so we decided to wait. Not even two minutes later they come out with just straight strawberry dragonfruit puree. This is the second experience I’ve had here the time before I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and they burnt both the bagels. Won’t be returning.

Half the doughnut selection is hidden in the back. When asked what is hidden in the back they can't be bothered to tell you. You guess and if they do have it they will acknowledge it rather than display all available doughnut.

I believe they might have have forgot what an Apple Fritter is, order an Apple Fritter and got a apple pie filled donut not a fritter. Coffee was great just disappointed on the snack

Half a dozen people working, no customers. Doughnut selection very limited.. this is a doughnut store? Person making my coffee was in total slow motion.. it was a basic coffee with cream. Then could not even drink my coffee for 15-20 mins because it was so hot.. very disappointing. This is my 2nd stop @ Dunkin Doughnuts this year.. similar issue with Detroit Rd/Columbia location.. actually being out of doughnuts completely. Definitely won't bother stopping at any DD again.

went to this location before work saturday morning and asked for a regular iced coffee and got decaf coffee the next day i went again and asked for a egg and sausage on a bagel and they gave me an egg and cheese on a bagel that’s 2 days in a row my order was messed up and i was unable to go back and ask for a new order. i think staff should have to repeat the order back to make sure that it is correct or the staff needs to be looking at orders when taking care of the food and coffee.

Twice I’ve gone and they put dairy in my drink when I’ve asked for a nondairy alternative. Only noticed because I got sick and looked at the sticker on my drink showing cream in addition to the nondairy substitute. Along with them closing the window on me while waiting for a receipt I’m never going back to this location.
Dietary restrictions: They were not actually substituting nondairy for dairy products.
