We've avoided the Fairview Park Dunkin' Donuts for a while now because of consistent issues in the past-cold food, burned or poorly prepared items, and just a general lack of care. We used to go regularly, but after too many meals where the middle was cold or things were overcooked, we stopped. Tonight, we decided to give them another shot, thinking maybe things had changed. They close at 8 p.m., and we got in line at 7:32-plenty of time before closing, and no one else was even there. We pulled up to the speaker, placed a simple order for one donut, and went over the flavors they had left. They told us to pull up to the window. But when we got there, no one acknowledged us at all. We sat there for almost five minutes while employees walked back and forth, cleaning up, taking out trash, but never once looked our way or said anything. We had no idea what was happening, and eventually just left-frustrated and disappointed, again. We had hoped things would be different, but this just confirmed why we stopped coming in the first place. All we wanted was a single donut and a little basic courtesy. Instead, we left feeling ignored and let down. I genuinely hope management takes this feedback seriously, because it's hard to imagine coming back after so many letdowns.

Absolutely horrible took me three times to get my order right at the microphone then pulled up to the window had a question to ask and got handed to a manager who talked to me like Absolute crap then got handed the wrong coffees and had to correct it a 4th time while making the correction some guy opens the window and asks if im waiting on a bagel I say no to then finally be handed my order (it is missing the sticker for rhe second coffee this time) I would be embarrassed to work at a place that operates like this girlfriend said her frozen chocolate tasted like straight ice no flavor aswell 100% do not recommend this dunkin location

First time at this Dunkin since we’re usually down the road in Berea. Pleasantly surprised by the slightly lower prices at this location but more so surprised at the quality of service and my drink. We went through the drive through and were given a pleasant and prompt greeting and my iced coffee was the best I’ve had at any Dunkin location around here. Will be back when we’re in the area!

I'm done with DD. Coffee and donuts before 10am seem to be the only thing they get right. 2nd time in a week I ordered the $6. Special they advertise. Picture shows a Bagel and the first time they gave me a Crushed Crusaint. This time I specifically asked the manager/owner if it was a Bagel and he motioned and said, yes yes we can do a Bagel. Apparently they thought it'd be better today served on a slightly warm English Muffin. I do like their coffee but I'm done!

Not happy about the reduced choices in donuts since the remodel.
I came here for the first time because I was doing laundry at the laundromat down the street. Never again! I got the same iced coffee I always get, with the exact same items in it, and exact same size. They charge literally $2 more than the three other locations I go to, where I live which is only about 20 mins away. He acted surprised when I questioned it. Of course I’m going to question it. Would you not question it if you get the exact same thing just about every other day and all of a sudden you go to a different location and it’s $2 more.
What can you expect I guess, it’s right next to Rocky River. I guess they don’t mind ripping off the rich. I would hope they pay their employees a substantial higher hourly rate since their prices are way more. $5.50 to $7.45.
The only reason I got it was because I really wanted it and didn’t want to wait until I got back home after doing laundry, but yea now I know not to go here. Smh
