I ordered on the app and it gave me the option to pick up at the counter. When I got to McDonald’s the lights were turned off and the door was locked. Not sure why you would give that option. Not happy 😔

I’m not sure how I placed a mobile order at 12:12 and when I pick it up at 12:28 it wasnt ready and I had to park in a drive through spot. There were two other cars in drive thru line, so there was no massive rush of customers. The Rocky River location never has issues, I will direct my business there….
