I came to this location at 3 pm and ordered ONE chocolate chip cookie. They made me pull into a parking spot and wait. At least the cookie was hot and fresh.

They are the only McDonald's super uncooperative. When it comes to the toys, they refused to tell us what toy they have or the number which every other McDonald's will do for you. And the managers at other stores will even go in the back for you and get different toys if you go to another McDonald's. The iceee machine is also always broken too particular the blue iccee. Drive through is always backed up. They have you park and then bring out cold food to you. I highly suggest going to a different McDonald's. If you want a friendlier experience go to a different location. Whereas yesterday we went to the cleveland mcdonalds, and the manager looked through every box she had and told my kid which toy they were and she gave us the toys that we wanted. Mcdonald's is supposed to be a friendly place and my experience here was anything but that. It's not that big of a deal to tell my kid what toy you have right? Lol do better at this location please. PS: all month long i have been told what number toy yall got at this McDonald's too so particularly whoever was on this shift....you're the only one whose said this to my kid. So get on board with your other co workers and managers and be kinder to the kids. It would've made no difference in your job or the meal to tell my kid which toy you had, we went to a different location for our food and btw they told us which toys they had.

My go to McDonald’s when I’m on a run. Most of the workers I come across there have positive vibes and good customer service..and the food always fresh from their ice coffees to their chicken sandwhiches

I ordered on the app and it gave me the option to pick up at the counter. When I got to McDonald’s the lights were turned off and the door was locked. Not sure why you would give that option. Not happy 😔
