Customer service is subpar. Do not recommend. Took forever to even acknowledge me and I was just picking up an already placed order. Will not return.

this really rude light skinned girl made my drink terrible! she took so long to make it just for the final product it taste like shit. i went again another day and there she was again, same process.

We go to the location often as it’s close to work and the gym. My boyfriend has a tree nut allergy and we always tell the girls to make sure and use oat milk. Today he noticed the girl put almond milk. He asked her three times to double check and she just dismissed him put the shake in front of him and left.
We ended up just throwing the shake away as he can have an anaphylactic reaction. If you going to hire 16 years old kids that don’t care about anything that’s fine but at least make sure they understand how allergies work and maybe have them offer to re make the shake?
Regardless it was not a good experience.

Everytime I place an order on DoorDash an hour before close, it always says that it’s in progress but then “completes” as soon as they close so I never get my food. It’s time wasting for the doordashers and myself. If for whatever reason they don’t have enough time to make my order, it shouldn’t be an option to place on the app.

Don't believe the 2.9 star rating. This is my go-to smoothie place. The employees are always friendly and the smoothies are ready relatively quickly, depending on how many people are in the store.

The employees are always nice, I go to this pulp almost every Sunday to get a protein packer and a beet smoothie for me and my trainer and they put the perfect amount of peanut butter and chocolate, it always tastes great. Some other pulp locations do not put enough peanut butter and chocolate which makes it taste watered down, but not this one, so thank you!

Chickens here are rude. They don’t say hi, they don’t say thank you, but have the nerve to have tip jar out. HA!!! I’ll stop there before I start with comments about their appearances. Definitely won’t be back. 11/5/24 around 3:30 pm.

Very dry energy, cashier could’ve been more personable, wrap making girl with her AirPod in practically threw my bowl at me and said WHAT!? When I asked for a bag and proceeded to throw the bag across the counter. I’ve never seen anyone throw a paper bag. Do better.

I come in almost everyday when I’m on break and get food it’s always made perfectly and walking in im always greeted by the employees, it truly is a place I will continue giving my money too .
