I went through the drive through and hands me a device I have a broken wrist. I can't stretch my arm out. Then say I have to the tip! Are you great kidding me! I was waitress making 2.35 an hour with tips. I'm not tipping someone who makes a hourly wage more than a waitress.

I came here to wait for my son's baseball practice to finish. I decided to order my favorite drink (matcha latte with coconut milk with extra matcha) and work...but the drink doesn't taste right. I picked a corner spot to set up my work with my drink. After 30 minutes of working, there was a large shipment coming in from the front door. A lot of their products on a pallet was sitting outside in the crazy hot heat 91 degrees to the side of the front door entrance area while the driver is cutting the plastic wraps to load boxes to fit on the dolly to roll in. It took about 10 minutes to finish bringing in the items on one pallet...then the driver brought another pallet and did the same thing. I'm not planning to come back here as the boxes were sitting near the bathroom area for a while. I saw some items while walking by to use the restroom that needed to be refrigerated.

I ordered a random drink and stated I've been having a bad week, the Barista took it on themselves to be supportive and kind and make not only a delicious drink but also want the extra stuff just to make sure I felt better I'm not usually one to make reviews but I definitely appreciate the effort when times are hard

My last two orders have been incorrect; usually they do well but my white chocolate mocha was not a mocha at all & my caramel macchiato was the wrong milk and hot instead of cold.
