“Okay so my husband and I went in and ordered and there was a bit of a wait but the place was seemingly well staffed and it was sooo good! Quality is the worth the time and I made sure to thank the folks working. The sandwiches were delicious (that chicken teriyaki? Yumm!) but I gotta say the fries were made especially well because this was days ago and I still remember how good they were. I need to come back for more, and intend to soon, thank you!“

“I've read some reviews and as long as you give a store 5* they tell thank you for being a fan but if you give 1* they just tell you to give them more ways to help fix the problem but no one seems to fix the problem sounds like most restaurants nowadays not a good way to deal with the issues at hand I've had bad experiences at a lot of restaurants and the problem is employees don't care their pay went up while the quality went down ???? not good at all“

“Friendly Staff. Clean store. Excellent sandwich cooked perfectly and right amount of grilled veggies and sauce. Staff offered monthly special and also offered another customer ketchup with the to go order. It is refreshing to see and hear engaged employees. Best location near Hamilton!“

“102423 - I originally went to Popeyes to get a special that have been advertising for months on T V & was told they didn't honor that at that location, so, I said SCREW Popeyes & walked over to Charley's cheesesteak. I have never been here & have been wanting to try it. The sandwich was very good. The fries were fantastic. The employee was very hard to understand due to her foreign accent & I had to keep asking her to repeat. I asked for & received a free refill on my drink. Thank you“
