Honesty Honestly

I went to to this McDonald's and I ordered a smoothie and and large fry with no salt. The large fries is $3.99! I was told to pull up to wait. After I received my food, I noticed when I picked the fries up out the bag and the fries did not seem to be a large fry. So I had to go inside to explain that I was shortened fries and the manager name keelah with no name tag gave me another fry that was about the same. She said there was no other manager which come to find out, it was another manager and the manager refused to help me. So I just got my money back from this McDonald's. And that is my experience. The managers is unhelpful with no name tags. Very strange and waisted my time and a huge inconvenience!

I don't know what's wrong with the staff, but they took me out and just said I wasn't fit, they didn't give me any reason.

Sandwich.
The bun was hard.
I paid over 30.00 for a few sandwiches and a order of chicken nuggets.
Never spent that much at McDonald's in my life.
Service was quick though.

Walked in to restaurant on 3/5/25 around 7:30pm and could smell pot… went to the restroom before ordering and it was hazy and a roach was left floating in the toilet. Needless to say I didn’t order food and left as soon as I used the restroom.

In the mornings I order mj large coffee with 10 sugar and 5 creams and they never put sugar in it. The first time I didn't pay attention to it but it's already been 3 times. Terrible service. Terrible people on Saturday, March 1, a woman helped me, to be exact.

We’ve given this location so many chances but today was the finale straw for us.. cold food ordering a 10pc nugget and only getting 8 .. fish no cheese only to get a fish sandwich with hard orange cheese 🤮 cold fries. Then they want to send me coupons to make it right?!! Nope! #

The WORST experience with a combative young man on drive thru tonight along with his super professional non problem solving manager named Raven.

I simply ordered a diet coke off of the Dollar menu which is literally spelled out that way on the screen. The only visible choice was for $1.39. They both were very argumentative with me about me choosing what I saw outside on the screen about pricing...I said off of the "Dollar Menu" .... Well nothing here is a Dollar si I'm just telling you said the young man. I told him I wasn't going back and forth with him about what was displayed.

The unprofessional incompetence is unbelievable when you have a manager just as ill mannered as her staff. Pricing isn't issue, It just happened to be all I was in the mood for at the time....otherwise I would've ordered a LARGE drink.

Someone has to do better with the team they put in place to run such a well know and enjoyed chain.....

Every time….EVERYTIME. I go the person taking the order sounds like I am inconveniencing them by showing up.

I ordered a HAPPY meal. And ordered the drink and I got charged with a “drink up charge” I didn’t ask for.

I brought it up to the manager she said “the happy meal comes with a MEDIUM drink and that the up charge was just showing me the drink itemized…when I asked for further clarification as to why it’s showing up as a combo on the ticket then separately showing up as a drink up charge.

Her response “I don’t have all day to keep saying the same thing I’ll just give it to you for free.”

This McDonald’s would be better served if it wasn’t there. Line always moves slow orders are consistently gotten wrong.

SORRY TO SAY. Close this place down.
