Kellie made a super cute Mario Bros cake for my kids' birthday party! We received lots of compliments from guests. She was easy to work with, with reasonable prices. And most importantly the cake was delicious!

Customer service was terrible. She won’t tell you what items needs returned that were on the cake until the following Monday after wedding and then force you to pay for a whole set which was half the cost of the cake to replace. The brochure was left on my wife’s chair the day of the wedding. Neither of us knew what the handwritten notes meant. Communication and customer service needs work.
