Horrible experience. Ordered our food. Watch the girl throw our food on the landing zone. Credit card machine wasn’t working. She rudely said cash only. When she could had easily open the other register or in drive thru when we were the only customers in line. I get only having two crew but respect the customers. Hunter was doing what he could do. Nothing against him. But being a manger you can’t just walk away from the situation. And just stand in the grill area. Fix the situation.

Ordered the new cheese steak sandwich. Found a fairly large bone piece in it, and a great deal of grizzle in meat. Very disappointing. Will not reorder.

Nothing quiet like ordering curly fries and getting burnt dried out fried that were all small and nasty and a sandwich that looks like a toddler made and somehow it was all cold despite my doordasher only taking 5 minites to get to me. Do you all hate doordash orders that much?
I went in to buy lunch and went into the bathroom, and the smell was so bad the bathroom was so dirty I was fighting not to puke, and I walked out and left.

Went there tonight to get a sandwich waited 15 mins at the counter remind you no one was in line and the girl and guy at the drive thur just kept looking at me disnt say i will be with you in a minute or anything .They had no roast beef and I finally got to order my sandwich I got the roasted Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich egot home opened it up and the sandwich is stuck to the wrapper and my lettuce is brown and there was only 3 slices of Turkey and two slices of bacon Chesse was off the bread and it wasn't even cut all the way . Not Happy at all
