We were trying to do a pickup order, but wanted some substitutions and were having a difficult time figuring out how to do it. Over the phone, the staff and especially the manager, Michelle, were able to help us get our order exactly how we wanted it. They were very kind, and very helpful. Genia was a great waitress at Fostoria Bob Evans. She took really good care of us. My dinner was very good. I ordered the roast beef and mash potatoes with a side salad. My friend's both ordered the steak tip omelet and were disappointed. It had very little steak tips inside the omelet. Overall, we had a good experience.
Ordered 2 family size meals for noon on Sunday. Picked them up a couple minutes before and they were hot and ready. Celebrating mom's 89th birthday. Very delicious and very convenient. Keep up the good work!
