I’m pretty sure they don’t own any heating equipment in this place. Every single time I’ve made the mistake of getting a simple cheeseburger it’s COLD. It’s as if they pull the burgers straight from the fridge and serve 2 day old burgers. How has the health department not been called on them is beyond me. They’ve become as bad as the McDonalds in this town. Disgusting.

This place is joke. I ordered a double whopper & they gave me single. I guess they can't add & thats why they work at Burger King. I wouldn't be upset if this was the first time but it happens almost every time I order online from here. When I go in person they get my order wrong then too but I can have them make it right then. When it's online I have to go through the hassle of either. Them putting it in their books & then making it right the next time I come in person. Or have the app I ordered it through refund my money. All I want is to get the food I ordered but that's proven to hard of a task for them. Do yourself a favor & go somewhere else.

I went through the drive throw and service was EXTREMELY SLOW Being third in line to wait over 30 minutes to get food there was a whole large line and everyone left because how long it took, do better!

My Boyfriend order us Rodeo cheese burgers, a simple order and they put no cheese on them and a teeny tiny squeeze of BBQ sauce!!! Then wont answer the phone to take accountability for the mess up!! Worst burgerking experience ever!!
