My driver Shana was absolutely amazing… She definitely went above and beyond to make sure my pizza got delivered in a timely manner even after I messed the directions up… More pleasant and understanding people is what we need in this world… THANK YOU AGAIN!!! Oh and the food was delicious too…

OMG, Dominos you got a great team here and the food was the best.and I heard the manger thank a worker for coming into work, so I thanked him too and another employee said to me "the manger always thanks them for coming to work"...How cool and such great smiles and a happy atmosphere..Thats great leadership and if we make it up this way again we will definitely stop in for another med Supreme pizza and lava cakes✌️??

Alexis is amazing, she didn’t one time complain when I was upset about my food taking so long. I immediately noticed the stress in her tone as she maintained her professionalism and I wanted to drive up there to help her out! I could hear phones ringing off the hook and Alexis juggling in the background while being so sweet to me at the same time. The delivery driver was also apologetic and there was just no way I could be upset after just hearing the chaos in the background. Alexis is a gem, I sure hope this location takes care of her as she does the customers! If the food is taking forever, breath and have empathy- like I wish I would’ve done sooner. There very well may be little help with a ton of orders and it’s not right to cause stress on an already stressed person.I hope the store owner sees this and understands Alexis is very much so needed so be good to her! Because you’d lose a lot of customers if it wasn’t for her holding the fort down.

I ordered 50 dollars worth of pizza last night and it took an hour for it to be delivered and when the pizza arrived all 4 pizzas had to be put in my oven to finish baking all of the pizzas dough wasn't even done enough to eat. And I got a 2 - liter of pop that wasn't brought and the guy said he will bring it back and never did.

Had a pizza party for the family. Did a last min order in Fostoria ohio. Guy was prompt as I called first thing in the morning. He was helpful and wanted to Carry out order with my grandson. Great pizza... HOT. drove bout 20 min sill HOT. THANK YOU for helping on such a huge order.

If I could give this location a zero I would. I have lived near this location almost 3 years and I have consistently and continuously received messed up food. Over and over again. Literally almost every single order. It’s time to step up and be better. Most Brian Edler ran Dominos wre better equipped and trained to execute. It’s become inexcusable. Do better.
PIZZA ANGELS!!!!!!! my car was broke down and I was waiting on a tow truck. These pizza angels not only figured out where I was, they brought water and checked if I would be okay til the truck arrived. I'd give em all a lil flower ?

Driver named timothy needs a major attitude check from management had a 80$ and even dipped 20% left clear cut instructions on house location because we do not have a porch light guy was very rude and threatened to not deliver again and leave if we ordered again and not deliver
