Service was good and it was clean but this may not be their fault but they weren't restocked on some of there items and merchandise and their drinks were not all restocked and a small selection

It is always extremely busy when visiting the local store. The donuts also aren't my favorite in town but I love the donut holes and breads. Pumpkin loaf is amazing.

It's better than the one in Tiffin! These guys are usually pretty friendly & 9 times out of 10, they get my order right. If I'm in the mood for coffee, this is my go-to.

Was great, bathrooms were clean and plenty of free feminine hygiene products set up. Donut holes were tasty and the coffee was great! The employees seemed efficient and welcoming.

i go to this dunkin multiple times a week and it never disappoints! whether i'm hungover and need a sandwich or want coffee before work they're always kind and the coffee is so good - all the items on the menu are reasonably priced compared to other locations and the workers are always willing to take the extra step to make your experience quick and easy (: really stepped it up from a couple years ago
My Favorite Things
I placed a mobile order and went thru druve thru to pick up. I pulled all the way up to pickup window because the line was long and they usually send u up to that one anyway. Sat for 10 min watching everyone pull out and leave behind me and no one acknowledging me at the window so i pulled around again. Finally get to window and thinking that I had ordered a mobile deal that consisted of donut holes but apparently wasnt in my cart when I checked out and they had no idea about the deals in the app because apparently it has nothing to do with them. Is what I was told. So I apologize and ask if I cld get a box and just pay for them. So insted of offering decent customer service and just has me pull upnto the other window to wait like i was before, she tells me no that I had to pull around for a 3rd time, even tho I had been waiting already for so long and thr was only 2 cars that just pulled up. Nah, im good. Do better dunkin lady. I've always had amazing service at our location but not this morning.

My coffee was absolutely atrocious. I’ve worked for dunkin for 5 years!!! I got a medium REGULAR iced coffee 2 cream 1 mocha and 2 butter pecan. I know how the coffee should taste. It was so bitter and so strong! I went inside to get it corrected, the girl ( Michalea) seemed irritant so I told her she could just add 2 extra creams and an extra butter pecan. So at this point my MEDIUM coffee has 4 creams, 3 butter pecans and 1 mocha. She told me “you have to mix it yourself” as if I didn’t know that. So I did. Again, ATROCIOUS!!!!! I don’t understand why she couldn’t have offered to make a new drink. I wouldn’t have complained but this has been ongoing with her since I ended my position.
