My coffee was absolutely atrocious. I’ve worked for dunkin for 5 years!!! I got a medium REGULAR iced coffee 2 cream 1 mocha and 2 butter pecan. I know how the coffee should taste. It was so bitter and so strong! I went inside to get it corrected, the girl ( Michalea) seemed irritant so I told her she could just add 2 extra creams and an extra butter pecan. So at this point my MEDIUM coffee has 4 creams, 3 butter pecans and 1 mocha. She told me “you have to mix it yourself” as if I didn’t know that. So I did. Again, ATROCIOUS!!!!! I don’t understand why she couldn’t have offered to make a new drink. I wouldn’t have complained but this has been ongoing with her since I ended my position.

This is hands down the best Dunkin out of the three counties that fostoria shares. The customer service is always excellent, the employees are always very friendly and very helpful. I never have to worry about my drink being incorrect.

Won't be back paid almost $8.00 for coffee wrap & hash browns. The wrap was a small taco with 1/2 a egg 1/2 a patty of sausage and little bit of cheese. The potatoes was a 1/2 bag with 6 taters in it . The coffee was only Luke warm which I ordered black and got cream and suger

Whenever we order through doordash our food is always put inside of a bag upside down so any frosting on the donut comes off they always forget at least one donut or they just plain don't have what we order absolutely hate Fostoria Duncan Donuts don't bother
Sign says on Wednesdays you get a free donut with purchase. After inquiring you have to have an app. I feel this is unfair for customers that don't have a phone. Also you used to have fresh homemade donuts and now they are frozen and just iced. Guess I need to find a Krispy Creme hot and fresh like Dunkin Donuts ? used to make with the original company.
