So today the fantastic 4 pizza came out and I just so happened to be the first person to buy this pizza from the store in Fostoria. I have to say it is so much better than the normal hot and ready pizza is. The sauce is not so thick and absolutely perfect, the crust was delicious and the assortment of toppings was the best! Definitely a must try pizza And tonight the service was amazing! 10/10 rated today 6/16/25

I like that there is a drive through at this location however the quality isn’t as good as the findlay location every time I get pizza here it looks kinda thrown together some pieces don’t have cheese or sauce and others have too much. It’s cheap so it’s okay just prefer other locations 👍

If I could give zero stars I would. We come here often but we’re not coming back. I was on the phone with my husband and he had just picked up the kids from school. He ordered what we always order (speciality pizzas) in the drive through the lady that was taking the order seemed friendly but in the middle of her taking our order a man butted in and told my husband that those are all specialty pizzas and they needed to be ordered inside. He was rude and no one said anything after he butted in. Plus he was the only one in the drive thru no cars were behind him. People can’t always just come in to order some people are single moms or dads with young kids (like ours) or kids of any age with a disability thatd prevent them from being able to come in?! Also you can’t just leave kids in the car. What if someone is disabled and has a hard time getting in and out of a car? Most of the employees there are extremely rude they always forget to give us our sauces when we order the bread sticks (okay that happens sometimes I completely understand I also work in the fast food service). We’ve even been told a few times they’re only taking orders for pepperoni pizza. Also they never have hot and ready actually ready… even at times it’s not busy. There’s much better pizza places in town but we use this one frequently because of the drive thru option. Welp now I guess we can’t go here either.

The food was decent. I first pulled up to the drive thru and sat there for awhile with no one taking my order, so I parked and went in to order. It looked like they were understaffed. It took me about 20 mins to get food I thought was hot n ready. The store appeared to be a little dirty. The staff was friendly.

Hot and Ready? Perhaps the slogan should be updated to ‘Hot and Ready… Eventually.’ I’ve been sitting at the window for over 10 minutes with zero acknowledgment from any staff. All I ordered was a simple pepperoni pizza and a Crazy Combo—hardly a tall order. Truly an impressive display of efficiency and customer service. Here are two photos of the lovely view you’ll be enjoying during your wait.
