It was about 9am when i arrived here this location to use the bathroom. bathrooms are clean and it is a clean mcdonalds location and the food was good but it took forever to get my food.

I think the owner of this franchise needs to spend some time at this location to see just how crappy it actually is. Even with the facelift, it's still bad. You can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig.

Very busy, so I Tory to give ample time to deliver my order. I pulled up window and staff member started to give a frappe- and sad I ordered sweet tea and Diet Coke. Ok, that order wasn’t on her screen, but when I gave her my receipt she was on it. 5 minutes later a bag of food and drinks. I quickly looked in bag and saw small fries (order was for medium), but hey it was ok. When I got home we had 2 -4 piece chicken nuggets, 2 small fries, 2- double cheeseburger with pickle, mustard and 2 drinks. My order was 1- quarter pound no onions, medium fries and drink, plus 2- single cheeseburger with pickle and ketchup, medium fries and drink. $18.71. At least we got the drinks right. Thanks people.

I was there today in drive thru. Got a bacon, egg , and cheese biscuit. Hard as a hockey puck. Also got an egg McDuffie that was hard as well. Also the bacon on both was burnt not a little burnt either Im talking black.. Needless to say. Fostoria McDonald's doesn't serve good food anymore..

Food has been salty ...not the fries but burgers to much... And food cold....... Special coffee machine always seems to be out of order.. 2 lines but yet you sit wait n wait n food is COLD... N DONT TASTE GOOD.. PLEASE IMPROVE I REALLY ENJOYED MCDS "BRING BACK. HOT FRESH FOOD PLEASE"

I had a great experience with the food and all the workers besides one I had a terrible experience with how one of the managers his name started with a P I believe couldn’t get the name tag but is very rude to the employees and as someone who’s owned multiple franchises I would be embarrassed to have that on my team especially as a leader other than that I had a wonderful experience and always have had a wonderful experience at this particular mcdonalds

Very nasty ..Management is unprofessional speaking to customers condescending ...I wish I could give 0 stars but as you can see I'm not the only one who has givin bad reviews....I will literally drive out of town for Mc ds if I need it from now on
