I walked in and was asked immediately if I was there for a mobile order. What happened to greeting your customers? and the women were acting like they were irritated by making my sandwich even though IT'S YOUR JOB!! I see from the reviews I'm not the only one with a bad experience here this place should be closed until they find employees who want to work and/or better management. Typical attitudes for the town though.

Don't know why im being asked to review now but is there a corporate number for subway? This place is disgusting looks like it hasn't been cleaned as soon as you enter, went to use the restroom while I waited in line and couldn't it was that bad. There was a mother daughter duo running the store (didn't look clean) and they weren't wearing gloves while touching the food so I left.

I went there 25mins before close and the door was locked even though the open sign was on, I called them and they admitted that they were supposed to be open and just locked the door early and refused me service, I'll never come back to this subway again and I'll be making a complaint with corporate. Very dissatisfied

I swear just about anytime we order ahead or delivery they always mess up our subs. Our order is never difficult. My sub is just a meat sandwich. No veggies. Not hard to mess that up. But they either always switch the bread or give us the completely wrong order over all. Today I order delivery and all we ordered were two footlongs. Once the food came we got two footlongs along with a footlong cookie and those pizza roll ups. We never ordered any of that extra stuff. As soon as I started getting the subs out I knew my was at least messed up since they both were full of veggies. I ordered through the subway app. I call subway they tell me they can remake it but o HAVE to pick it up (I ordered delivery for a reason which means I can’t come get it) so I tell them I can’t get it and they tell me the only other option is to cancel it and Re order. They messed up. They clearly mixed up the tickets and I waited and paid for delivery to get the wrong food I can’t eat for them to basically tell me tough luck. So I reordered and have to wait another hour for my food to come and hope they don’t mess it up again. Didn’t get anything out of this except a longer wait. They didn’t even apologize for messing up. Completely ridiculous to charge so much for delivery and then say you can’t do anything about it when you mess up. BS. If this didn’t happen as often as it did and the fact I didn’t get any money back for this inconvenience is ridiculous. I can’t even say I got free food because I can’t eat the crap I got. Just unprofessional how it was handled.
45 mins waiting for 3 subs i ordered a head.of.time so they would be ready when i got here... Slowest service ever 3 guys and its like watching the special olympics make subs

We had a mobile order with 5 foot longs and a foot long cookie and there were only two employees and 4 more customers, very busy and not enough people to cover.

I went there last week and wanted 2 footlong subs. I wanted a cold cut and a mexicali. The girl who was prepping said "we are out of cold cut" without looking. So she proceeded to help another customer. Roughly 5 mins later she was ready to take my order. So i told her i wanted a mexicali. She put the meat and cheese on and toasted it. So, she proceeded with another customer. That customer asked for a certain bread, and said "we dont have that" again without looking. After that, she got my sub out and i told her what to put and not put on it. She did put green peppers on it, but that was not an ingredient for the sub and didnt ask for it. Then, she put some random condiment on it. Wasnt labeled, i asked "is that the baja chipotle sause." So, she grabs the right sauce and puts it over the other sauce. She didnt say anything. She asked "is that all?" You didnt even make it how its suppose to be. I told her "youve already ruined it" and walked out.

I’ve never had someone mess up my order so bad and be so disrespectful! Very bad customer service. Called to tell them they messed up my order and they said they would give us a couple coupons for a couple free subs and said to stop in the next day after 4pm because she would be there. Wasted our gas to drive there to get it like told just to be told they couldn’t give out free coupons! This is ridiculous, worst subway I have been too!

I always get the chicken bacon ranch and it's always really good the last time I got it it had rotisserie chicken on it and it was okay but not as good. I went to get another order in order to chicken bacon ranch but asked for the original chunk chicken that they used to put on it. I got it and it was good then I looked at the bill and I was charged for something totally different and was charged an extra $2 for the bacon. Went back talked to the manager and said the chicken bacon ranch only comes with the rotisserie chicken and the chunk chicken goes on the barbecue one and since I had bacon on it it cost extra. Guess I won't be ordering that anymore. Not a half a camper
